Also we need proper kids-teens shows of finite series unlike the dragging ones of Sab TV. Or can they make TV version of Famous Five books which can be targeted to kids and teens. 1 book story can run for maximum 7 episodes. Kids mystery and adventure shows like Shaka Laka Boom Boom, Majooba Ka Ajooba, Cambala Investigation Agency, Chhoha Mantar needs to be back where even 13-14 year old kids acted like kids instead of adults. Now we see kids doing love and marriage drama on Tik Tok.

Few thousand meters decides itv future is really unbelievable.....we need more nd more meters to get clear picture abt what india really watches.....then only tampering of data will be impossible as from thousand meters if you even give 100s of houses money to watch their shows then also you will see great rise in ur trps bt if we have more meters then tampering will be impossible for those small networks as even if they give money to some houses then it will not see much variation in data nd they cant give money to all houses just to watch their shows

Btw i will not say that meters should be installed in all indian houses as there are so many obstackles comes in their way it will cost a lot of money nd they cant afford that price at all as even with 50 k meters it cost alot nd their barc software cant handle such large data thats why it takes 4-5 days to reveal data nd if they install meters in crores then we will get data after 2-3 months only nd it is not at all acceptable to itv industry who runs on ad revenues

First they need to install 10k meters every 6 months so in that way barc system will be more accurate nd robust nd they also need to develope their software more advanced so that it can handle large data at same time

Btw one more thing is BARC is no.1 worldwide in terms of no.of meters they installed then comes uk nd other countries but again considering india populatition no.of meters are still so less

Epic channel parent network is launching new Hindi GEC named Ishara Tv

Ishaara TV may have fiction content like other channels while EPIC Channel had adventurous fiction content which I don't know why they stopped or even not retelecasting now.

This show is being hinted from 2015. In 2015, they showed 'Radha Krishna' teaser with only name and a music in background while mentioning coming soon. Later this teaser stopped. Then this project kept stretching and changing of leads cast. Preetika Rao and Priyank Sharma were inital choice of Radha-Krishna. They later worked in an episodic of Laal Ishq. Even Avinesh Rekhi was one of the earlier choices of Krishna. It was supposed to made by Dheeraj Kumar of some other PH but it was handed to Swastik who made it into teenage love story and so was the changing of casts. You can find many articles regarding changing of plot, casts and even PH of the show.

I read about Ishara Tv. They will yield fun and relatable stories, unique topics that are missing on Itv. I think their target is urban and modern audience. Epic had always favoured urban audience thus rural audience had also became a part of it. I hope Ishara Tv starts with some shows that become cult in the future.

You forgot main point even channel also changed from zee tv to star bharat

First teaser was on zee tv which i posted in my one of previous post

They install meters mostly in those houses where people are not modern or in houses of poor people. They are even given money and told to turn on so and so TV channels at so and so time even if they don't watch. I can't believe more than 50% of urban people watch regressive and sexist shows. Even Online TRPs are tampered. 3 years ago, underrated shows would come in Top 20. But now same shows are coming in Top 20 that comes on TV Top 20. I refuse to believe that people waste their time all day watching these outdated shows online and online don't have TRP meters so its calculated in other ways among more people. Phir Laut Aayi Naagin episodes on You Tube reached as high as 10-50 million views. Then why it was not in Top 20? I don't understand on what basis they count Online TRPs now. Earlier shows that were not even in Top 20 would be in Top with Top 10 shows(except Kapl Sharma and Taarak Mehta) not even Top 20 Online. KKB and KDB would be getting less than 1.0 rating then how they are now getting 30+ rating online? Here too they are cheating.

Oh I forgot to mention that its Zee TV where teaser was shown. 2015 me Star Bharat to nahi tha na😆. I think 1st PH would have made logical finite series but Swastik turned it into teenage love story and foolish viewers fell for it and still whining on why rating going low.

Early and mid 2000s- Kids had mystery and adventure shows.

After 2008- Kids started playing bahu and acting like adults.

Kids show like in earlier times disappeared from TV. Now kids are either casted for costume drama for child version of historic characters or in adult shows to act like selfless adults and bahus(eg. Kulfi).
