The message was conveyed in such a forced and contrived manner that it hardly left any impact on me. Plus, I hardly felt any 'love' between the characters. Strictly my opinion. You don't have to agree.

But I do think the way you sell an idea says a lot about what you are selling.
when you use poetry to sell, it’s utterly romantic because it has certain depth and even might I add some aspect that stays with us.
when you use gimmicks to sell, it’s utterly distasteful because it’s as deep as a puddle and only an after taste stays with us.
