I haven't seen Tillotama Shome's Sir, but his second-highest female performance, is my #1 of 2020: Taapsee Pannu's Thappad.
He has also included Bhumi Pednekar's Dolly Kitty which is my #2 of 2020. Konkona Sen for the same film rounds off his 4th female performance... which is also in my Top 5.
