Debate scene in the first epi was good as the girl blasted the ppl talking about how gender equality has been achieved cuz girls are "allowed" to enter various fields now.........baaki I dunno how long it will last until this girl will end up married to MCP.....lol
You know, it's funny....this is the year 2020....and how I wish I could say we can move beyond these concepts now.....sadly duniya mein MCPs badhte hi dikh rahe hain, kam hote toh nahin dikh rahe.....so I guess these stories will still keep getting made no matter how "progressive" ppl think things are now so this debate is moot.
ML is pretty blahh so far waise.....but family waali cast is filled with solid actors....Alka Kaushal bhi hai....QH waali epic vamp😆.....aur woh SGP waale Ishaan ke dad.....also that guy who was Zoya ka dad in QH I think.....or maybe I'm confusing him with some other guy.....lol this guy also played Megha ka suitor in NBT....lol
i watched it too and liked the FL in both the episodes. I can;t tell how grateful i felt seeing a FL being Normal, confident but not overconfident having a very sorted way of talking and ACTUALLY standing up for herself in front of her bapu today but in a respectful manner. yeh alag baat hai ke bechari ko mummy ne hi slap kar dia sabke saamne to protect her from bapu raising hand and baad main the mother daughter convo was really nicely done too and with very valid points. she does have a point ke kaha leke jaati bachon ko as she is part of the same samaaj and kaise paal leti hence she had to do samjhota and nibhao for so long. baap ka sahi hai beti hai mere papon ki saza uhmm what?
dusri taraf woh ML ki family bhi sahi hai first of all someone actually paid attention to the casting so many familiar faces. iss ML ka baap waise progressive thinker hai and the only one who kinda went so what agar uski hone wali fiance wants to go to Cambridge but iski koi sunta nahi hai caz he is a loner and drunk mehh wohi purana forced sa conflict between baap beta too caz he drinks and nikamma hai😆 doosra i found the double standard interesting ke bahu ki cleavage na dikhe but beti ki dikh rahi hai toh no problem caz woh ghar ki beti hai while bahu can't do all that as izzat comes down. i like woh bahu bhi akele main telling her MIL ke itna kya galat ho gaya agar yeh new to be bahu wants education and speaking ke sabka apna choice hota hai she chose to be housewife on her own and was ok with it ab agar dusri nahi banana chahti toh kya galat hai.

but so far i like how everyone came across normal even the rich family was not ott or extra.. styling and all bhi kaafi decent hai in comparison to other shit star shows very watchable for now.
i appreciate the straight to point baat in 2 episodes.. ML not so much i just am finding him weird other than his MCP behavior but the FL is totally worth it this is what I call SAVAGE and outgoing and outspoken and progressive without being a screaming bhanshi or abnormal in yo face creature. ek control toh hai na in the way she speaks. good casting the girl can act and her dialogue delivery is decent too

the con i would say is the constant zor on the name Anokhi we get it she is anokhi not just by name but also in her thinking but come on just cut the spoonfeeding.
the 2nd one being why is it ke they have to make every ML a dukhyara arre MCP aise nahi hai kya society main now he is given the age old iski maa abandoned him why the same old har kisi ki maa chali jaati hai like WTF man.. it is so boring and ghissa pitta. why can't they own their flaws and their MCP behavior bina any dukhyari story and this is why my love and respect for SSO will remain on a pedestal caz woh jaisa tha bas tha his NKK was part of his fitrat uske liye usse koi stupid past nahi chahiye tha anyway..
woh teacher ka character is really nice too so far but guess what Woh ML ki maa hai seems like uske baap ne isse noor keh ke message kia so seems like she now lives with a different name
oh the other bit hahah my first thought was in very first scene ke yeh toh PB wali mini jaisa room hai and guess what yeh toh PB ki daadi bhi utha ke laaye hain🤣🤣 and not just that i now have read ke they are shooting in patiala too rofl
i just want them to replace the ML koi dhang ka banda le aate when they had done such a good job with every other Character casting and they all stood out koi jhund ka hissa nahi tha in the 2 episodes Shocking but True. woh random uncles i suppose of ML also are all MCP's justifying ke shaurya the great ne sahi kia only his father is like what BS is this but usko chup kara dia gaya 😆
