She came across more as a teacher than sanchalak. Her job was not to tell people what strategy they can use . The games cannot be played nicely all the time. It was interesting to see that she was supporting Nikki who had constantly been calling her husband Nalla and insulting him nonstop. Arshi is a character , Rubina Jas and even Nikki consider her down market but she was not being negative in the game and has not done anything bad personally to her but Rubina took her personal grudge and dislike out on her.

Rubina was biased towards Nikki but was acting like she's following the rules.

Rubina was the most pretentious and moronic sanchalak. She had no head or tail, Nikki herself pulled her duck suit off in frustration more than three times yet Rubina is defending her.
