The only difference is in the above cases is, BB did not try to demotivate them and did not immeadiately open the gates, to save their laadli bahus.
As for it being unfair, BB himself is being unfair to bring a support system for Ruby right from start of the show, and saving Abhi from nominations and eliminations.
