I think Sai is going to Mausi room and Virat is just mustering courage when Pakhi comes in. Knowing Sai she will go back to her room just to piss Pakhi off. Virat would not have to do anything.

I think it's more to do with her confidence in the support she has from the Rajmata of Chavan niwas that no one can utter a word against her and get away with it. PP knows even Ashwini is not spared, despite her age, for trying to question PP about Virat. And because she knows Sai has the reputation in the eyes of the family for being someone who talks rubbish and should not be taken seriously. As of now, it hardly matters to PP.

Agree, and now even if she says, paaki would be like ashwini is giving her wrong ideas.

Virat obviously will be upset if it comes out and might deny everything to protect feelings of family.

Sometimes I feel only reason Bhavani likes Paaki is coz Ashwini doesn't like her.
