The only reason I am watching so far is to know the secret of the family. Why did Badi Di push the car ? Who is she ? If she is the step mom then why is she loved and respected more ? Why does Badi Di do evil things like killing people. Or she is obsessed with pushing people and things ? 😆

Other than that it's the same old story. Hero heroine hating each other but falling in love.

Started watching the show yesterday and liked it but it was way to OTT compared to Nazar. Can see the entire Nazar cast here too 😆

I started watching it only because the main lead is a dancer and surprised to see her dancing well but Voot is muting the songs which is why have to watch it on Jio TV. Hope she doesn't stop dancing as even Monalisa loves to dance.

I saw half the episode and turned it off

The show is OTT in EVERY sense

What are they trying to show the ML as? It was so unrealistic and overdone. The whole OTT pooja sequence ...what was the point ?

dude just lands in town and is running and saving his bhabhi from ...a snake....how he see it miles away?

Utter nonsense...like some confused show from the 80s repackaged in 2020 ...same evil saas, obedient too good to be true son and bahu that comes in to save the day yet is shown as a naive dumbass

Only saving grace is Mona Lisa ...she is fun to watch but she can’t save the show

First Day First show.

So this is my 1st Gul Khan show and i had zero expectations as i have heard abt her shows with toxic male leads and bechari female leads.

NIK 1st episode was good. Not that excellent as i didnt like those kids being harassed by Villain. Its was OTT. But the male lead Yug pratap looks good and has that Bihari touch.

Shruti Sharma excels as usual. Have seen her in Gathbandhan she was fab there.

NIK Unlike promos has subplots too and not just based on Item Girl concept. Yet to see full family of lead. Monalisa small glimpse showed us our future vamp of show.

Good to see Rajshree Rani too as Yug's Bhabhi.

I must say Gul Khans VFX team is better than Ekta or Rashmi Sharma. I liked that Snake scene.

Overall a good show just they need to tone down violence on Chamcham and those kiddos.

Looks like Yug Vs Chamcham will lead to some huge drama and on day of marriage he will marry her to harass her later getting to know that she is same her childhood friend. That Lock and Key concept was cool too.

Lets see how show proceeds. I hope NIK atleast opens with 1.5+ TRP

I agree with your thoughts above.

I suppose tormenting Kahani's young brother and young sister is necessary to the plot in the early episodes because it forces Kahani to do things she doesn't want to do which results in creating the conflict between her and Yug.

And yes---both the leads are really strong performers. Ms Sharma is an excellent dancer---I like her item dance numbers which are necessarily sultry yet she brings an element of playfulness to the dancing.

Yes, I'm enjoying the dancing. Ms Sharma is an excellent dancer. I'm looking forward to later episodes when Yug will begin to enjoy her dancing ;-)

Yup. That was a bit too much. I'm old enough to remember 90s Hindi cinema and that scene reminded me of some of those films. I suppose the intention of the writers with that dramatic scene was to establish from the very beginning that Yug will go to the ends of the earth for his dear bhabhi.
