Infidelity means being unfaithful which requires cheating. That's not the same same as agreeing to be non monogamous.

Didn't Deepika herself reveal that they were in an open relationship at the beginning? so there is a possiblity that they still have an open marriage now

Not really the same. A lot of people aren't exclusive when they first start dating, they're just playing the field until or if it becomes serious.
