Eriii....... Didn't know how much you affected me until I saw that coffin coming in. Couldn't control my tears after that and still with tears. Though it was just an act, mann bahut bhaari lag rahi hai. May you be protected from all evil eyes babygirl. 🤗

And may the MV be a super duper hit and bring you lots & lots of accolades, joy and love. God bless you.

She is a lucky girl, to have fans like you who are so attached to her. While we look at the bad things in life so often, it is imperative we look at all the love which they receive. I am sure actors read the negative comments, but those who focus on these thoughts, win. In such tough times for the whole world, such positivity is gold 😊

Thanks for the nice words Brule. But, the fact is that, till 2months back, I was in a mood of moving on from her after kzk ended. That was how disappointed I was with her. Then, it happened that one of her ardent wellwisher managed to convince me on how I should give her time to prove that she was the same girl I had fallen for. Slowly once the show ended she started giving that old fighter cum bindass girl type vibes. And what made me more happy was that she was no more acting as EK's chamcha, at least on SM. Probably that is what caught my curiosity and then gradually some more incidents prompted me to have a retrospection on why I was disappointed with her. Which led me to the following realizations.

Coming March, it will be 5yrs since I got hooked to Eri. And out of these 5yrs, she worked for almost 3yrs completing 881 episodes in total for her 2shows. In between, she started her YT channel and earned the silver and gold play buttons within 2.5yrs of starting it, inspite of her hectic work schedule. She runs an online jewelry business where even after 3yrs of its starting, every customer gets a signed thank you note from Eri. The 2yrs she was not working since I knew her, she visited several places like US, UK, Andaman, Bhutan, Maldives, Mussourie plus multiple visits to Indonesia, Swiss & UAE. She did several photoshoots and advertisements in between, apart from those she did/does on her own. Her IG and YT channel screams how talented and creative the girl is. And I am yet to see such a multi-talented, hardworking ITV actress who manages all these things smoothly without a dedicated PR/Stylist team and yet spends enough time with her family. She is a girl who has the calibre to reach such heights which we can't imagine; but only because her ultimate dreams and wishes are different from other ITV actresses and it is of having a small happy family, she doesn't care to be diplomatic or try doing all such things to remain in limelight. That is how Eri the individual is to be summed up. And probably that maybe the reason why I was finding it difficult to move on from her, even after lots of disappointments, which I now have realised were mostly related to the ships she was connected with. Otherwise, she has never disappointed me w.r.to the reasons I had fallen for her initially. Yes, being a celebrity I still have some trust issues with her and it's mostly because of the fakeness associated with the industry she is part of; but then, I have realized that, the same fault/fake act done by a male actor and female actor, the latter is the one who is judged & crucified like hell, while the former is given a free ticket.... Why such partiality? Also when persons who are close to her - like Amber, Shubhaavi and Sonyaa- has the same thing to say about her, then I decided that is what has to be given preference than any of her SM behavior. Hence decided to continue loving (not worshipping smiley36) her for the reasons I had started loving her... That is, for the person she is. That's it. 😊

It is nice to hear that you are back to being her fan, not the fan of the character she plays but the fan of the person she is. 5 years is a lot of time for anyone to grow, change, and learn from their experiences. Look at her prolific work, travel, Youtube stuff and so much more, family pictures, she is busy doing what makes her happy.

@ bold: I don't follow much of celebrity life, but I see this all too often: women are made to bear the brunt of societal expectations. Not saying they may not be wrong, but they are judged way too harshly compared to their male counterparts. I am guilty of doing that for real-life people, but try to actively catch myself to prevent this. One look at her hashtag on social media, you see that people associate it mainly with the male costars. While the male costars are free to move on with their fans supporting them, bringing down a woman for her choices is a guilty pleasure for many keyboard warriors. Possibly true for female artists too.

Agree with your thought, following someone is different from treating them as your idol. No one you genuinely don't know or have met should have to carry that burden of being an idol for someone. Especially true for people in fine arts /sportspeople etc., we see their successes. Social media is just the wrong platform to hype or unhype someone.

I wish she takes up some formal lessons of spoken Hindi to clean her diction and grammar, would just another feather in her acting cap. With her prowess in subtle scenes, it would truly be another arrow in her quiver.
