Yes she did make the comment on Sanam for not reacting to the insults....she was even analyzing Sanam psychology for not reacting

Karma is boomerang. What stand she took when Sam time and again mentioned about valarpu. All she did is trying to sweep things under carpet by saying tit for tat, forgive each other and disperse.
