Rosie anything high on antioxidant will give you a glow....try chia seeds face mask...you can make it at home if you have chia seeds...grind them to a powder...mix with water or almond milk or rose water and apply to your face...will be a bit messy as the seeds becomes like jelly once it absorbs water content....or you can even take the chia seeds powder...mix with a bit of face oil (some face oil high on antioxidant are rosehip oil, pomegranate oil, goji berry oil, cranberry oil, sea buckthorn oil) apply it at night before sleep. You can also add saffron mixture to the chia seed powder.
Adzuki beans powder also good for face exfoliation...gives a glow.
Also, chia seeds pudding ( chia seeds, milk ( non dairy better), fruits....the seeds have to be soaked overnight in milk) or in your oatmeal is good ( internal intake). Start with small quantity. Also reduce dairy products ( cow milk, cheese...).
Also recently I came across cornflower water ( it’s a blue flower...don’t know the Tamil name)...the label stated soothing for eyes area....so bought one....actually helps tired eyes...jus sharing in case you can try it.
Patch test before using on face.
