Why is Kareena the icon for all younger stars?

Was just watching this video and Ananya fangirling over Kareena is so cute tbh. Reminded me of Alia, who also talked about Kareena with that attitude of veneration.

Coming to Kareena, she has done iconic roles, yes, like Poo and Geet. But her contemporaries like Rani has done much better work overall. I think if I was an aspiring actress, I would have probably aspired to be more like Rani than Kareena.

Is it Kareena's persona -- the larger-than-life aura, the star quality, the diva aspect -- that attracts these newcomers to her?

Kareena has changed over the years. I think she has matured, and become more intelligent. Vacuous more apt would be Sonam.

She is not only the fav actresses from most insiders but also outsiders too. From anushka, kriti, mrunal thakur, radhika madan to alia, ananya etc..

i think the reason is that she always lived her life the way she wanted and made the career choices that she thought were right. I guess she inspire them in some way. She one of very few actress who has a 20 years successful carrer (and is still going strong even after motherhood) while most of her contemporaries are sitting at home without any work.

Because they are all bimbos and dont buy Kareena has matured. Shes still a wannabe no matter how much hours shes spent on dictionary.com to learn new words to impress her hubby I still think all of them are shallow.
