Nothing against your view. Just quoting you as I have something to say along the line. Just talking aloud about myself.
I see what Yashika did inside BB as a BB game. According to me , BB is a game show not personality contest. I don’t judge their personal characters or keep grudge on them for what they did , once they are out. Also if I liked someone inside BB doesn’t necessarily mean I would like them in their personal life outside.
To put it in simple words , just because one does a villain role in a movie doesn’t necessarily means they are a bad person in life - perfect example Nambiyar. According to me BB is a show where all they act to win it, survival of the fittest.
Maybe because I don't watch other language BB shows I am sometimes finding this difficult to accept. I guess other language ones are more dramatic with the events, and the behaviour of the contestants is more cunnning? I just believe when we call it a reality show there must be some level of genuineness involved. End of the day people form allies to survive in a game show, but if someone behaves in a manner that degrades another person, then I find it hard to dissociate that incident with the person. I still like Ganesh, Janani, Rythwika because their behaviour has been the same inside and outside the show, and they've never hurt anyone with what they did. All the contestants keep repeating "naan yaarundu prove panna vanthu irukken" so I'd like to take their word that this is who they are.
Anyway intha stance eduthu naan neraiya emaanthum irukken. I truly liked and believed Tharshan until it was revealed he had a whole engagement sponsored by a girl and hid that just for getting fame on a show. I stopped watching Super Singer after Anand Aravindakshan won despite already being a playback singer in mainstream movies. Enna maathiri emaaravanga irukkura varaikkum emaathittu thaan iruppaanga.
