Child's legal age for custody to parents

Pakhi, I believe is 17 (I gather that from Vanraj saying he has not gone close to Anupama for last 17 years every since Pakhi was born...)

Pakhi crying and telling her older brothers what will they do, whom will they choose if court asks them which parent they want to be with..

Are Paritosh and Samar not already grown up enough that their custody claim will be baseless? Only Pakhi may get caught in this custody drama, but that's only till she will turn 18 !

OMG. Did Vanraaj really say that he and Anu did not do it after Pakhis birth? Why did not Anupama suspect that something is very wrong?

I think she was just generally asking them, though in their case they will choose the mother right now and she'd rather go to her Dad maybe since he can give her the financial security for her shopping and other needs.

I guess the manchild Vanraj should think who will take his custody?? Lol 😆
