it is common knowledge that Ranbir, his sister and mom weren't invited to the Lolo didi's wedding. This was confirmed by Neetu Kapoor in many interviews and they attended Abhi and aishwarya's wedding..

plus karishma, kareena and their mom didn't even bother attending ranbir's sister's wedding despite being invited. So much for "blood is thicker than water".. not to mention that Riddimma kapoor has always said unsavory things about karishma and kareena to the media.. they go to same parties and don't even talk to each other, Ridddhima said that

xactly..I find the article untrue...anyways I think the other reason Ranbir gave is right like u said hez one film old so yh maybe thats the reason for him to reject the offer..werna Saif would hav also not joined the Bachchans coz karishma is kareena's sis...😉
