She made a joke about that protesting dadi who made it to Time Magazine. Obviously she was wrong here and it was offensive so she deleted that tweet quickly when she realised her mistake. Otherwise, she would still be standing by her tweet.

One reason why she supported Trump even though she admits he has his flaws was that she thought China would benefit from him leaving.

Which makes her pretty gullible or very dishonest (either is believable to me). The much vaunted China-US trade war didn’t do what Trump claimed it would and hurt Americans far more than the Chinese as many nonpartisan studies have shown (https://www.brookings.edu/blog/order-from-chaos/2020/08/07/more-pain-than-gain-how-the-us-china-trade-war-hurt-america/ - The Brookings Institute is considered centrist to left of center but this links to multiple studies from multiple institutions) but Trump claims to be ‘tough’ on China. Anyone who’s watched Trump for the last 5 years should know he won’t hesitate to put his personal interests over the US’ interests. He does it in China, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Ukraine, etc.
