I agree on the former, except it also makes anitha more consicious of her pimple. I would have probably phrased it differently - i know unakey antha pimple irritating irukum but i cant touch it.

First of all i don't even understand why Anitha asked her touch her pimple. Was it to make Sam uncomfortable? Was it a task? If Sam felt it's aruverupu what's wrong if she says it loud?

But i agree with forum members that it was unnecessary to add that she doesn’t even like her..
