Epi 53 part 1 - Kunal called her and asked if she is hiding anything about her past. And she said no (she didnt even take the call in private, did anyone find that weird? 😆)

Mish thnking why isnt she excited for her GD?

Abir come to mah sadan to meet mish 😳 he bumps into jas and said he was there as he heard there is a chaand tht lives there 😳 aww, that was the first time he called mishti Chaand ❤️

Kuhu fixed mish's broken necklace and by the time i could warm upto that, she is back to her mean behavior

I don't think meenu wanted kunal to back out right now. She still wanted the tamasha but she's just putting the seed of doubt in his mind so she can easily convince him when the time is right

Meenu specifically wanted to humiliate Mishti by exposing her father’s crime in front of people on her GD and she was building up Kunal’s mistrust of Mishti so when her secret is revealed he would break off the Rishta but Meenu ka chaal phir de ulta pad gets, Mishti herself broke off the alliance 👏

Epi 53 part 2 - Kuhu got irritated and left mish alone to get ready. Abir comes there and hands her her dupatta 😳 Abir says he is there to meet his friend one last time (he was planning to leave forever) 🥺

mish sensed he was hiding something 😒 she asks him to take the diary and write in it. Was it a new diary or she wanted to take her diary? 😲 why would she hand over he rpersonal diary like that? So he just picked up wrong diary? 😲

BP gifted her a matli saying if he can gift his son lin law then why not his daughter? And he promises her that no matter what he will always stand by him. And he will never do anything that makes her sad! This man 👏 I wish every girl out there gets a supportive father who has such a commendable though process like him. World needs more fathers like him 👍🏼

Meenu panicked as naman escaped from lakshman's hold 😎 meenu sudhar jao ab toh 😡

BP and shaurya come to RJV for Chandlo Matli rasm but they dont bring the matli (earthen pot?). 😆

Meenu came to kunal's room and asked him if he wanted to refuse for GD. (If he had refused, would meenu agrre for it? She wanted to create bigger tamasha using naman right?)

Episode 53 part 1

Kuhu trying on another dupatta, Varsha comes in with Mishti’s clothes, Kuhu calls herself hot and gets scolded by her mom. BM comes and gives the pearl necklace to Mishti, saying Meenu sent it. Kuhu says she’s getting a headache from looking at the necklace because it’s so loud, as loud as Mishti’s dragon saas😆

Kunal calls Mishti and asks if she’s hiding anything from her past? Other than her liking to wear glasses, doing a job and her dad’s truth, is she hiding something else he should know? Mishti says no there’s nothing like that! Kunal says even after courtship he feels he doesn’t know her completely (Really? After only 1 1/2 dates?)

Sometimes he feels she’s exactly the girl of his choice at other times he feels he doesn’t know her at all . So he directly asked her, he hoped she didn’t mind. Mishti says it’s good you asked me directly. Kunal thanks her and says he’s coming with the GD

The Mah ladies anxiously ask Mishti what Kunal said, Mishti tells them Kunal doesn’t like surprises in life or relationships so he directly asked if there’s something she didn’t tell about herself.

BM looks tense, Varsha says Mishti already told him everything, rather he surprised her with that surgery. Mish noticed Bm is tense and asks her if there’s something about her past she should know about? BM says no but in her tension drops the pearl necklace which falls on the floor and breaks. She panics that Meenu’s gift broke, Mishku and Varsha pick up the pearls and reassure the nervous BM

Mish tells her not to worry. She thinks sometimes Kunal seems like a friend who cares for her, makes efforts for her, sometimes he seems cold and distant, not right guy for her.

Abir enters mah house with a shayari in his mind that the story of his friendship is ending and it’s time for him to move on, he wishes her happiness as he’s familiar with sadness.

Naman lurking behind mah house gate. Meenu berates Lakshman for believing Naman that he will reach mah house on time. She says Naman must reach the house or else how will she win the game without her trump card?

Abir thinks he shouldn’t have come here and turns to leave but Jas is there. He flirts with her calling her Katrina, and sweet talks her into sneaking him into Mishti’s room. Jas thinks Abir has come to give a love letter to Mishti from Kunal. Lol if only she knew......☺️

Kuhu shows Mishti she’s mended the necklace, now Dracula saas won’t even guess it ever broke! Mishti is thrilled and tries to be affectionate but Kuhu says she did this to get rid of Mishti.

Mish asks Kuhu why she didn’t get ready yet as she takes forever, Kuhu says BM told her to make Mishti ready first. She told dadi that to make Mish beautiful would need plastic surgery, but let dadi didn’t agree. Mish tells Kuhu not to make her look like a witch! Kuhu laughs and says she won’t have to try. (Kuhu mean taunts as always)

She tells Mishti to hurry up so they have to spend less time together, MishKu lift the tray with the lehenga and it toppled, the photo hidden in the clothes falls on the floor. Mishti tells Kuhu to be careful with the lehenga so the ironing is not ruined. Kuhu warns Mishti if she says that again she will pour 2 bottles of ketchup on her dress. Kuhu deliberately handles the lehenga roughly inspite of Mishti’s protests. She’s tying Mishti’s choli strings roughly, Mish tells her she will tie them herself (how will she do that?) Kuhu is fixing her dupatta and reaches out for safety pins and falls alongwith Mishti. She yells at Mishti why can’t she stand straight! Mishti noticed Kuhu’s bracelet is missing and asks where is it? Kuhu pretends ignorance, Mish says the bracelet you threw out in the garden! Kuhu gets mad accusing Mishti of following her, doesn’t she have a personal life? She stomped off with Mishti’s dupatta, Mish calls out to give her dupatta, she throws it outdide the door.

Kuhu is acting so rude and obnoxious, her jealousy is openly showing.

Episode 53:

Loved how kunal directly asked mishti to clear his doubts. I wish we got to see this kunal from the beginning. Also this is probably the longest mishnal have spoken to each without any interruption

Abir called mishti his chaand and kuhu called meenu dracula saas 😆

Felt really bad for Abir here..poor guy is so heartbroken and can't share it with his bestfriend 😭Mishti asking abir to write down his thoughts in the diary was really sweet. Abir kept that diary even after their breakup and wrote about the khichdi chor ❤️ Btw now he has the complete pair of mishti's special earrings again

BP's gesture of giving mishti gifts was so sweet. Both him and BM kept their promise of standing by mishti when mishti opts out of the GD. BP-BM were parent goals in this scene

And now for the best scene of the episode!❤️

Abir picks up the dupatta and comes in, Mishti is shocked to see him there, she shrieks and hides behind a curtain. Abir says sorry, he didn’t know she was getting ready! Mish looks on helplessly, Abir backs up slowly towards her, holding out the dupatta for her, he can see her in the mirror. Mishti feels conscious of her untied choli strings, she tries to pull up her sleeves and takes the dupatta from him, wraps it around her.

This is such a tantalizing scene, Mishti hiding her half dressed state, feeling shy and awkward, Abir cannot help stealing glances at her in the mirror then looks away! 😳

She asks him is he the henna lady, parlor lady or her female friend? Then what is he doing in her room on her Tilak? Abir sadly tells her he’s come to meet his friend one last time, she’s puzzled, he clarifies he’s meeting her one last time before the GD. He asks her if she’s fine, she says she’s nervous but BM says girls are usually nervous on such occasions.

Abir says he’s leaving, she calls after him, Suno! ❤️
She asks if he’s alright? He says he’s fine. She tells him not to hide it, she knows he’s been upset for quite sometime, he looks at her in surprise that she gauged his turmoil, she tells him not to look so surprised, she’s also his friend as he’s hers. Mish says she got so involved in her own melodrama that she forgot to ask him how he was. Abir says it’s okay she cannot help him.

Mishti takes offense, tells him why boys think if they share their problems they will become less macho?She directs him to the dresser and tells him to take her diary and write down all his hidden feelings, she wants to know what’s going on in her friend’s mind! Friends have a right on each other’s problems too.

Abir picks up her Ganesha earring and her red diary and leaves. Mishti calls him from the balcony and tells him to definitely write. And if it’s about a girl he must tell her first! She reminds him of his promise. He nods with a sad smile. She calls him a third time and says she can’t see him upset! Abir is tearful says he knows that! Abir leaves the house, every step taking him away from the girl he loves.

Kunal knocks on Abir’s room door, nanu opens the door and tells him he can’t come in. Kunal asks where is bhai? Nanu says they’re planning a surprise for him. Nanu tells Meenu ke munna to go with his mom they will meet them there.

Koshlu, Jugnu and Nanu are secretly planning something in Abir’s room, Koshlu asks nanu what are they secretly doing there? Nanu shushed him and asks Jugnu if he put a phone in Abir’s backpack? Jugnu swears on Koshlu that he did. Nanu asks did Abir suspect? Nanu tells koshlu to track Abir using his app. But Koshlu cannot use the laptop, nanu berates him for not learning anything even after working with Meenu for so many years!

BP closes Mishti’s eyes and takes her to the room where there’s a colorful pot for her. He tells her about the Gujarati custom of chandlo matli where FIL gives his damad a lot of gifts so BP wanted to give gifts to his daughter as well! ❤️BP said this pot contains his love, blessings as well as the promise that no matter what happens he’s always with Mishti, she’s leaving their home but never away from their heart! BP asks Mishti if she’s alright? If something is bothering her she can tell him. Mish says nothing as such and she’s fine! BP says he’s old but not of old mentality, he respects social traditions and rules but those are lower in stature than their love for her. They won’t do anything that doesn’t involve her happiness. Mishti says she also won’t do anything to hurt them, BP reiterates his promise to always support her! BM says she’s also with her.

Parul asks Meenu why she’s not ready yet? Meenu fretting that Naman is not with Lakshman, if he doesn’t reach on time? Parul says she will go find him, Meenu says no need, she herself can call Naman and offer him large sum of money. But Naman doesn’t know it’s Meenu who has summoned him to his daughter’s GD nor does he know Lakshman works for her! And he shouldn’t find out about her involvement, then only she can make him confess at the GD that he had tried to kill Naitik Singhania, then she will see how this GD takes place!

Parul asks what about the Kunal Shweta photo you sent in Mishti’s gifts? Meenu says that’s my second trick! If Mishti had seen it already there would be big drama already. Parul is worried about Kunal, Meenu says she knows Kunal will be very hurt! She’s a mother but this hurt is necessary to save her son from a wrong alliance.

Mishti’s lehenga color is so pretty, salmon pink or whatever it’s called, it made her glow! She has a creamy complexion anyway.😍

No, there were two red diaries: one blank for abir and mishti's diary was underneath it. But abir accidentally took both. Later mishti was shown looking for her diary but couldn't find it
