I am not a very active member of this forum but wanted to put forth what i felt about today's episode.

The humiliation of Roy Chaudhary patriarch and Binoy could be the eye opening moment for Binoy Roy Chaudhary, a shrewd and unscrupulous man. That the woman he wanted to become his daughter in law, the woman he manipulated along the way to ensure his son could be controlled, the woman whom he encouraged in her deranged antics, the woman he denounced and debarred from his home would become the spectre that would haunt his family and humiliate his brother. Binoy will probably take his time to 'come around', he has to unlearn his prejudice towards Bondita but we can see a light at the end of the tunnel. (finally someone called out on binoy's hypocrisy. it was way past due)

Moving on to Greenwood's motivations, it seems a bit tricky to predict anything. Maybe he is not the fool Betty is making him out to be. Maybe he is playing along her stupidity with something bigger lurking in the dark, that would hurt the RCs in some way ( RCs probably weren't the intended target but the most convenient ones???).Or maybe he is actually the nincompoop we are seeing on our telly. What an idiot! I mean , what happened to good ol' villainous British officers. i fell sorry for Cap. Andrew Russell. Currently GW seems like a cheap knock off version of our hated captain. Only time will tell, i guess.

Saudamini, being the lovely woman she is, i feel inclined to say nothing. After all we all know what she is and what she gets. She is the walking example of YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW. Her arc is stagnant and redundant. She keeps spouting inane misinformation, that it's purely comical. But her treatment of RC twins is going to come haunt her really badly. Fingers crossed

Rudita being Rudita. That's it. No more words.

However, I noticed some hate towards the HM girls track. it is absolutely necessary to show them getting their rights in the society and what better way than through education. Rudita had promised rasiya that they'd get what Bondita as a girl deserves and Ani acknowledging it with Bondita in front of all makes it a big step. While the show is about bondita's and ani's journey, these people and their lives are the landmarks they will create along the way. These people are the stepping stones to their ultimate success. So we need to see what becomes of them. This track would lack too many purely Rudita moments, yes.But i believe we are going to get a glimpse of the future partnership these two will share while reforming the society. This will be a sneak peak to the future.

i hope my opinions doesn't hurt anybody's sentiments or thoughts regarding the show.

Ciao!

Wonderful review👏 Definitely not half baked.🤔

@underlined I completely agree with you on what you said about Binoy. And I am glad someone called him out on his hypocrisy. Although I wish it was anyone other than Mr Greenwood who currently is coming off as a foolish man who is dancing to the tunes of his deranged wife like a puppet. (I really hope what you said is true and he is not who he seems to be. They shouldn't waste a good villian just like that for petty Betty issues). I wish one of Binoy's family members like Kaka or Anirudh had to call him out on this openly with a proper confrontation. I felt he was let off too easily, after all he was the real mastermind behind Bondita's humiliation infront of the villagers and then being sent out of the house. There should be a proper redemption atleast on this account without turning his entire grey character white.

@green I completely agree with you about the Heera Mandi girls. This track is definitely needed. Life is not a fairy tale where we can say "They were rescued from the evil witch, and they Lived Happily Ever After". Even in today's world such people are not easily accepted in the society, so how can we expect the society 100 years back to accept them so easily? There are going to be a lot of struggles, but together they will overcome it. And both Anirudh-Bondita made a promise to Rasiya that the girls would receive the same opportunities to progress like Bondita. So it is only right that Anirudh helps them have that opportunity of education too. I am actually looking forward to this track (minus the Mini moments). I love how you said ”This track would lack too many purely Rudita moments, yes.But i believe we are going to get a glimpse of the future partnership these two will share while reforming the society. This will be a sneak peak to the future." Beautiful❤️👍🏼

Good one yaar 😳 You pointed out everything and yes, this is Rudhita and this is going to be their journey with everyone around them being their reasons for struggle and winning as well. It's a long journey.

Very well written and keep on writing 👍🏼❤️

Well said Aelin.

Btw is that wat we should call u?

This track is the official shubharambh of Ani and Bon's krantikari work. The whole HM track is like a two way street. Some are lucky like Bon, their husband believes that they are 'pure' and they have good families who accept them back and pull them up. Some are unfortunately like the rest, their husband did not accept them and the society won't let them live in peace either. It shows the vicious cycle where even when they want to survive and do something honourable, society is desperate to push them back into the same mess again.

Getting them out of HM wasn't the mission, it was to help them stand on their own two feet without feeling indebt to any man. To give them a feeling of security without making them depend on someone else.

This track is going to teach Ani a lot of things that he needs to know as revolutionist.

Binoy will learn his lessons soon. I understood that he will not let anyone humiliate his family. And now Bon is a part of this family, he will take some time but will eventually side his Bahu and Ani's wife, samman of his house.

thank you so much for the upvote 😊. Your words have fired the spur in me to write more and frequently. i will try to upload reviews as often as possible.

@bold i wished for the same as well. But would Binoy have acknowledged his mistake, had Anirudh called him out on it? They bicker like kids all the time that Anirudh's words seldom affect him. Even Kaka couldn't shame him exactly after his part was exposed. Binoy is a complex grey character with little or no remorse. He loves his family dearly but his way of going about it has always been questionable. But he loves his Da unconditionally and his humiliation can make him see what went wrong. Moreover, the fact that a uniformed goon and oppressor like Greenwood called him out in front of all the elites. This is a man who is a monster and devoid of morals and he questioned Binoys's actions. Could it get any worse for BInoy?

@purple Seconded. There is never a happily ever after for such people. They are always considered as scum and shunned by society. This track, if portrayed correctly can show the ITV viewers how they deserve every right and privilege everyone else enjoys.
