I was in control. Recovery is going well. I'll wear the bandage by Monday. Then I should take it off and call the physiatrist. My orthopedist recommended that I exercise my arm at home because the epidemic had taken hold. Going to therapy every day would be a risk because of the virus.

I am very sad because I received bad news. My friends and family members are infected. Some are already in the hospital. I am very worried because some of them are from risk groups. 😒

I don't know how this is going to end. Every day a record is broken in the number of infected. Hospitals are full and people are dying. The vaccine seems so far away to me.

I am glad that you are all well and that your families are well.
