it's not nairas fault. it's gayu, she's one who started, she doesn't care. blaming on her, kaitik and naira they both supported gayu after she lost vivaan. before she was good from start, after she got married to sam, 5 years she's completely changed. and now sam is supporting her. he said he wants to marry her, so she and baby will be happy. but he didn't accept vansh at all, he wanted to his own baby only wanted to

have a son. he doesn't treat him nicely. vansh is really scared. now sam is also to make vansh put blame on kairav.

The problem is not that Naira distrusts Kairav, the problem is her stubbornness. She just doesn't want to see the other side of the coin and give Kairav benefit of doubt.

She has already decided that Kairav is guilty, and is not in a mood to hear anything which contradicts her theory.
