A matter of rights - part 2

Sarab asked Manav what he could do more that (Meher and) he (Sarab) could not. Manav said: give the child HIS name.

But happily, rather: sadly, the makers are overlooking that the right of name giving is and should actually lie with the mother - as is the case now, legally.

That is, the mother can give her (family) name to the child nowadays, and that is valid for the rest of its life!!

Wouldn't that be a nice solution to this entanglement? 😛
