Just checked next episode #47 - Mishti said yes to GD only after those society ladies gossiped about her and Kunal’s pics in the paper(I’ve watched this episode twice before but still wanted to make sure)

So that was probably the main reason for Mishti to say yes as she saw how BM was perturbed by those ridiculous gossip aunties

It was societal pressure that urged Kunal to propose GD and Mishti to say yes aur poor Abir ka patta cut Gaya

Hello guys what's up ...though I don't participate because of insufficient time on hand to either watch the episode or write but I do go through the thread at times and enjoy the discussions 😆😃

I just want to ask one thing because this one absolutely contradicts to my views so I just want to know the reason 😆 Why do you guys feel that abir is solely responsible for the mess ? Previously also I reas these statements but I didn't bother to ask 😆

As far as I observed BM meenu mishti and kunal are at bigger faults in rishta thing....abir comes quite later for the game of faults 😆...even in the break up thing, abir isn't entirely at fault all by himself , what about meenu who pressurised him ? What about the big secret? What about mishti's innumerable lies on baba that kept abir in a very dark situation till the end ?

...abir comes quite later ...how is abir solely responsible? 😆 also what happens to BP's big big batein when he says hume koi farak nahi padta zamana kya sochta hai hamare bachhi ke baare mein but a wrong misinterpretation of the photo gets them enough pressurised to say yes for the rishta 😆 the more I think the more I find massive loopholes in the story which were placed out of convenience 😆😈

Also not just you guys ..I have seen it in general discussions also ...

When mishti gets pressurised to take a wrong decision - omg poor girl she is pressurised to take this decision....what else can she do

When abir gets pressurised to take a wrong decision - oh he tortured mishti all by himself , he deserves that huh !😡

I won't write anything further , the lines speak for itself 😆 I also feel makers are more responsible here because they didn't highlight abir's emotions and situations as deeply as mishti's?

Sorry folks don't take it in a wrong way ...sometimes certain statements hurt the abir fan in me 😆 And I honestly want to know why is abir solely responsible for the mess ?

precap - kunal says yes for goddhana and abir(imagination mein) says i love you mishti. i wonder what if he said that for real, how would have they all taken it?

true, difficult to decribe this episode in words. Have to watch it to abosorb he feelings on Abir's face and the way he says his shyeri. one of the best episodes, worth multiple rewatch. Also the part where Mishti asks him to get the phone before she faints.

Mishku's dance was enjoyable and both looked pretty. Mishti was still wearing the special earrings with her dance outfits. Btw how did mishti arrange their outfits and the background dancer on such a short notice? 😲

Kuhu accidently set the exhibition hall on fire and in that fire Naman's portrait was destroyed along with meenu's flop plans to expose his truth 😆

Mishti got stuck in fire while trying to save abir's painting. Abir found a clue about mishti's whereabouts with her earrings..these earrings always played a key role in their relationship

This fire scene is the best fire scene in ITV in every sense: acting, dialogues, cinematography, BGM. I got goosebumps when Abir finally found mishti and his love realization with the shayari was just perfect ❤️

Again Abir gave the credit of saving mishti to kunal but nanu noticed mishti's dupatta in abir's hand and guessed the truth. And even in her semi-conscious state, mishti thought kunal saved her..did she not see abir at all?

ps: gonna go rewatch the fire scene again

yeah, there were so many unsaid things in this episode but conveyed very effectively.

Hi Uru, welcome back 🤗Thank you for raising these valid questions!

I hold abir responsible for starting and continuing this mishnal courtship mess because he forced them together from day one by giving kunal the credit for saving mishti from naman which started the series of events that convinced BM about kunal being perfect for mishti. Then Abir consistantly giving proxy for kunal during the courtship further convinced mishti that kunal is probably the right guy. Watching Abir heartbroken during the courtship is extremely hard for me to watch that's why I'm even more upset with him for creating this mess.

And about BP-BM: their thoughts and ideals change frequently based on writer's convenience. But, I also hold them responsible, especially BM for putting so much pressure on mishti during the courtship track. However Abir is the one that started it all (meenu doesn't count here because she is always stirring shit up)

I don't hold abir solely responsible for break-up, his major fault there was not communicating his dilemma with Mishti when meenu blackmailed him and later not listening to mishti after she revealed kunal's birth truth

I'm a huge Abir fan too (more than mishti's) so I take all his mistakes/wrong decisions personally as I want him to be perfect (although I know it's not possible 😆). You can also say I've more expectations from Abir that's why I criticize him more than any other character
