Episode 45

MishKu start dance performance on Hey Shubharambh (I really love this song) Abir is taken by surprise!

Mishti steps forward, takes Abir’s hand and leads him to unveil the paintings one by one. She resumes dancing. Kunal delightedly comments, What a surprise! Abir says it’s a surprise for him too!

Everyone enjoying the dance performance while Meenu’s two henchmen are lowering Naman’s jailbird photo from above. Meenu furtively directing them looking like a criminal mastermind herself. Parul looks tense.

Kuhu picks up a thali of diyas to dance and inadvertently knocks down a big lighted lamp. Oil spills and curtains catch on fire. As dance is ending fire starts blazing and spreading. There’s a spark in the fuse box, screaming and commotion ensues in the hall. BM screams Mishti! Abinal escort Nanu to safety.

Naman’s photo falls on the ground. Shaurya searches for Kuhu, Kunal tells him to go out he will look for Kuhu. Abir looking around frantically (for Mishti?) Shaurya takes him out. Everyone running up the stairs and escaping.

Meenu meets her henchman in the burning hall and asks how did this happen? He says he doesn’t know how the fuse tripped. Meenu looks sadly at Naman’s photo lying on the ground, her plan failed. 😆Abir asks her what’s she doing there and takes her out.

Kuhu is trapped somewhere in the fire, Kunal rescues her. Yeh achha hai, each hero rescues his heroine but Kunal gets the credit for rescuing both as sacrificing angel Abir gives his credit to his Nanko again! Kuhu hugs Kunal and he takes her out.

Everyone is outside, youngsters are helping the elders sit down. Meenu coughing Ketu asks if she’s alright. Kuhu comes out coughing, her parents make her sit down and drink water

BM suddenly realized Mishti hadn’t come out, she starts yelling where is Mishti? Abir looks panicked, others worried.

Mishti coughing in smoky NGO office searching for Abir’s painting with her phone flashlight. She says she must save that painting as it’s Abir’s need.

Abir panics asking everyone did they see Mishti inside? Shaurya said he saw her near the door leaving, Kunal says he checked the gallery nobody was there. Abir says we left her inside, BM panics and starts crying.

Kunal calls fire department tells them to come soon as a girl is trapped inside the NGO fire. Abir tells BM Mishti will be alright, he’s going inside. Kunal follows him though Meenu protests fire has spread inside. As Abir leaps into burning building flames fly out, BM screams Mishti’s name and almost faints.

I think BM is still traumatized by Akshara’s death and feels scared all the time about losing Mishti too.

Mishti still searching and finally finds the painting behind a big stack of canvases. She grabs it and tries to leave but fire has spread there and she’s trapped. She panics how will she leave? She shouts for help! Abinal run down to the basement hall. It’s like an inferno down there, it looked scary. They yell Mishti’s name. Abir heard Mishti’s cry for help and runs in that direction.
Mishti tries to call BM but can’t get through. She tries calling Abir then remembers he doesn’t have a phone. Abir finds her “earring” AGAIN!
Flames reach Mishti and she screams, her glasses fall, she falls to rescue her glasses and gets up, sees the her dupatta caught fire at one end. She beats it and puts a sack on it till fire goes out. She picks up the painting and wraps it in her dupatta. She tells herself she’s not a kid that she’ll get scared if people leave her alone. She has to get out of there somehow. Whatever statistics say, the Ajeeb guy has said one should take that 1% chance! She can do it! She tries to jump out but flames stop her as sound of breaking glass by Abir he yells her name

She tells him not to come in, he tells her not to get scared. Mishti coughing, Abir kicks the door open, flames leap at him. He kicks down the door panel and uses it as a walkway to reach Mishti. She’s so overwhelmed to see him in danger she collapses in his arms just as he reaches her. Wah kya scene hai, dramatic, emotional, fiery! 👌❤️
Abir holds her in one arm and the painting in the other. Mishti is half conscious and tells him this painting is very important for him, why doesn’t he get a phone. He remembers what he told her about the painting and holds her close, looking deeply disturbed.

Kunal reaches them Abir hands over Mishti to him, Kunal lifts her up and carries her outside

Abir stared at unconscious Mishti being carried out by Kunal, says the beautiful shayari in his mind, she went through rivers of fire to protect what’s precious to him. The ehsaas he had been struggling to name he finally finds its name, he realizes he loves Mishti!

Firemen have arrived and spraying water putting out the fire. Abir in a daze utters I love you Mishti. Mind blowing scene!

Meenu fretting outside nothing went according to her plans and now the boys are inside, Parul assures her they will be safe. Meenu says neither Kunal nor Abir have come out yet, just to save that girl! Meenu is such a vile woman, she wanted Mishti to perish in the fire!!

Kunal walks out carrying Mishti, reporters clicking their photos like crazy, all Mahs run towards him and help him put her down on a chair, Mishti coughs and drinks water. She thinks Kunal didn’t leave her alone he went in to rescue her. Kunal won’t abandon her like her father. How come she didn’t remember Abir rescued her?

BP thanks Kunal expressing everlasting gratitude and hugs him.

Abir walks out holding the painting in one hand her dupatta in the other. Nanu looks at him notices Mishti’s dupatta.

Back home Nidhi is putting ointment on Abir’s burns (why doesn’t Meenu ever look after Abir?) Abir restlessly pacing around, probably thinking about his love for Mishti. Nidhi scolds him for not staying still, she says as a kid he stayed in one place and had his medicines. Why is he so restless and upset? He wonders s aloud how is Mishti now? Nidhi says Ketu Kunal all are there at mah house, should she send Mamu too?

Mami looks at Abir’s wound, he says wound is deep (in his heart) Mami thinks he means it literally and urges him to go to the doctor. He says he doesn’t need doctor. Nidhi berates him for being confused about the seriousness of his wounds. Abir says he was confused but not anymore

He asks Mami for her phone, she gives him on the condition that he will sit still and let her apply medicine. Abir calls Ketu and asks how is everyone there? Ketu says Mishti is sleeping and turns the phone at Mishti. Abir stares at sleeping Mishti remembers her trapped in the fire, and him holding her in his arms.

You're right kunal got credit for saving both the sisters but i don't get how news reporters didn't take photos of kunal saving kuhu but only of saving mishti 😲

That last part with fire brigade spraying water and Abir saying "I love you Mishti" gave me goosebumps

Meenu is too busy with her planning and plotting, that's why she doesn't have time for actually caring for her kids

Abir was gonna buy a phone but parul maasi's words changed his mind. Doesn't matter, mishti's reminder about 1% chance convinced him to tell mishti about his feelings 😎

Wow nanu turned out to be CID's ACP Pradyuman..solved Abir's mystery in minutes where Abir took forever to realize that he loves mishti

Loved how mishti subtly took a dig at jas by saying her jokes kills sense of humour itself 🤣

Mishti looked gorgeous in that blue dress 😃 and abir and kunal looked dapper too 😎

Abir dropped his idea after seeing kunal with mishti and gave the credit for balloons to kunal 😭

I still can't believe kunal called mishti to meet without anyone's help or anyone nagging him to do so. But what's the point? he immediately offered to drop mishti off to her house and she obliged...why are these two so weird? even the newspapers are gossiping about you two..ab to thoda courtship karlo

I think her main reason of judging anyone was if that person will be there for her in difficult times or leave her alone and so far kunal passed it.

yeah abir had almost bought the phone, par parul masi khair, he is anyway stuck near their landline phone or borrows others' phones, so kam chal jayega uska 😆

mish's sense of humour was always good ya. she was a perfect mix of beauty, brains and fun

i lobed her pastel green colored dress too, the one in abir's imagination earlier, on terrace

i think kunal called her to discuss about their newspaper thing only. but i didnt get why he said lets talk in car. 😆 restaurants/cafes band ho gaye the kya? 🤓 kunal had good ideas to begin with but used to fail to complete them on a good note 😆

Yeah that was surprising that he decided to confess his feelings to Mishti as soon as he realized it himself. But I guess when he saw Mishti had kind of accepted Kunal as her intended he reversed gears again and became the sacrificing older brother. Even later he was dreaming of confessing in front of everyone. If Kunal had not suggested GD that very day perhaps Abir might have ended up confessing to Mishti later.

That was a big Dhokha for her, she felt hurt and betrayed that her friend misled her completely. Abir realizing from her diary that Mish actually loved him was also very silly. He knew Mishti wanted poetic romance and Kunal was just the opposite so obviously Mishti’s liking for Kunal is based on false image created by Abir himself. And Mish never said she loved Kunal because of those gestures, she just accepted his marriage proposal because she couldn’t find any reason to reject him at that time as she had a wrong impression about his romantic side, thanks to Abir!

cant put in better words than this. 👍🏼 mish had every right to be upset with him, later, when she came to know what he did in kunal's name in abir's own words, seedhi si baat thi, ulajh gayi😔

True, Abir's love story hasn't started yet so he'll manage with landline 😆 Mishbir always manage to find each other anyway

Bold: I loved that dress too. She wore that dress in purple during the breakup scene by the lake

Kunal also became kanjoos like abir and saved restaurant expenses 😆

btw both mishbir had dream confession scenes (mishti's one was at kuku sangeet) before their actual confession

Kunal didn’t carry out Kuhu in his arms but his rescue of Mishti was more dramatic and filmy so reporters went crazy capturing the moment and next day splashed it all over the papers with sensational titles 😆

Meenu never bothered about Abir when he was injured. Like after the car accident when Mish pulled him out of the car and he had that chest wound, Meenu didn’t even take him to the hospital when Kunal’s push reopened his chest wound. Meenu didn’t go out to search for Abir either, she could have sent her henchmen to find Abir but she’s always using those guys for her dirty plotting.
