Aakesh was rather obsessive but if you compare that with Veer's behavior, you'll realize that there's a lot of difference. Veer's feelings aren't exactly obsessive but it's more like he's adamant that she has to like him. It's just naturally every other super confident stud guy you'll see around. He's like a typical college stud who has a lot if girls giving all the bhav and he's used to it. So, when someone who has caught his eyes doesn't give him the same attention, it makes him even more adamant to get her to like him.

I would compare Veer to exactly stalkerish behavior because stalkerish is a bit more than that. Stalkers usually deny that they're following them. Stalking is the person having all of your personal information that they have found out by extensively finding out everything about you.

I can understand if Veer seems stalkerish but I rather see see him as one of those pestering guys who can't quit. He does come off as a jerk several times but I don't know if I'll call it stalkerish. (Sorry for this but I'm quite a person for specific words. Stalker is a rather harsh word to use for Veeranshu. He's the high school jock kind of trope. Everyone loves him, he's the richest guy around. He's got that bad boy kind of trope.)

Veer's feeling for her is a bit too intense for him to quit her so easily.

I still presume that Vani would have come out because the comparison of the intensity of Bani's feelings for Veer and Jay are very different. Even while hatred, Bani's intensity outshines any soft corner attachment she has to Jay because of Nageshwari's love for Hriday. She has that intense feeling takes over. If her feelings for Jay were that strong, maybe then Jay-Bani had a chance but it doesn't go that strong.

Welcome to the fandom. Greta to have you here ❤️

@Red: I love the way you have put it! Yes, even I found Veer someone who wanted bani's attention than just wanted to stalk her as a pervert! Stalkers usually have nothing to do what the other person feels, they keep following the person out of their own selfish desire! I feel Veer saw how bani was getting triggered by him. I remember one particular Veer's dialogue at jay's restaurant.

Bani and Veer and near the food counter. Jay comes and tells bani to just ignore him. Veer slyly remarks in a very sassy way, saying, 'Wahi toh nahi karr paati....ignoreee!😆 He always knew she can hate him, rebuke him, say all sorts of things, but cannot ignore him! He felt that strong sense of attraction for the first time ever in life and that compelled him to keep following her! But I feel he never really cared if she likes him or not as such until jay entered back in their lives. Till then, he himself wanted to keep him as a villain in her eyes! Once jay made a comeback, Veer's insecurity cropped up! Then all he wanted was her to like him, out of fear of loosing her😳

Aakesh seemed more dangerous than Veeranshu. He was also recekless than Veeranshu. By the way, I am not writing this comment to hurt your feelings. 😊 I'm only writing it to share my opinion.

Not offended at all 😊

I admit. Yes, Veer is obsessive but it is not on the same level. That obsessiveness is toned down with his determination to have Bani by hook or crook. Or maybe that is just my idea.

There is this thing about intensity in their relationship. Veer's intensity of his love and Bani's intensity of hatred. Both of them matched the level. Jay could do neither. Veer knew that when he is standing before her, the world falls short. She can't just ignore him. Even if it started with hatred, she was by far more intense in that hatred then her budding feelings for Jay. The only reason she even declared Jay and her marriage was because she wanted to make Veer irritated, angry and provoke him. It wasn't because she loved him.

Phir Veer-Bani got married. Veer wanted to hate her but couldn't do. He just couldn't do it. Veer's feelings can't change to hatred. He admitted that to Mayuri while he was drunk and under effect of naagfani. Then Jay returned and everything became messed up. Veer found out Bani did not kill his brother but believes that Jay is involved in it. Then there was his general hatred for naag.

I guess his insecurity is rather the way Bani sees him as her knight and think Veer is the savage trying to wreck her life. He didn't care if she saw him as a villain until she saw Jay as her hero. Once that started, Veer's insecurity kicked in. Even before they were married, Jay was there in the picture but that didn't bother her because he knew he took up all her attention when he shows up before her.

Anyway, I think I should stop ranting on this because I've said on this matter so many times that it might become annoying for others. (Matlab I can go on but people get irritated 😆)

Hi guys.

I am new to this fandom.i started watching naagin5 from the episode where shakura dies. Basically veer-bani chemistry attracted me to the show. Sharad malhotra is so hot 🔥 . But now when I rewinded and watched previous episodes,i also like Bani-Jai(though they lacked intensity). Veer was portrayed as a very negative,

obsessed Stalker and least likeable character (which honestly,is my favourite character now, probably because of his character development),while jai was portrayed as an ideal guy, anyone girl would love to fall for. Though we realised it was all a facade.

If jai would still remain positive,do you think VaNi was possible?

P.S: to be honest, out of all the three leads,I feel Veer had the best character development. He has became human now.he has grown on me.

Hi. Welcome to the forum🤗

Oh yes veer is and the way Sharad executes this character is phenomenal. Veer's character development is something we never saw in any ITV hero he is very unique.

I think if jay was positive then still vani was possible. Vani was not possible just because jay turned negative. They were always destined to be. If we ever get to see the satyug flashbacks we can get many answers. Aakesh and naageshwari's fatal attraction particularly.

This show is about the love of mortal enemies i.e. cheel and a naagin.

Bani let her past impact her future.. she should have ignored veer but inorder to take revenge she started challenging him which attracted him more towards her🤣

She even agreed to marry him as she was so blind in her revenge🤣 agar uss din jai ka kidnap na hotha then also she would definitely go and sit in mandap inorder to save meera. As she can not kill meera's husband.. uska pathi ho tho chalega

More than jai and veer I feel her revenge helped Vani 😆

Right🤣

ha true...coz 10000 yrs old feelings akeli Bani k thode hai...just like 1st sight Veer ko dekhte hi she felt naageshwari ki hate for Aakesh inside her...Veer ko bhi bani ko 1st time dekhte hi vo Aakesh wala intense obsessed love hi feel hua tha....and like I said in some other post even in satyug Adi naagin was effected by cheel far more than she was effected by Hriday, which is why she hated Aakesh even more to hide that guilt and attraction...anyway present times mein dono k 1st sight wala feelings satyug k hi the...after that they both chose different ways of what they did with those feels...Bani got stuck with Naageshwari ki gussa zidd revenge "pyaar" whatever and Veer...being the one living in present and not as dark as Aakesh...he chose to do it different than Aakesh...he stalked, he irritated, he was adamant she be his and yes he didnt care that she hates him, he said he was the villein...But he didnt commit any crimes to get her, didnt choose any drastically wrong way and while he knew she hates him, he also knew she is attracted to him and effected by him like she is not by Jai even...so he was confident she had to be his...but this bad guy thing was a shield apparantly to protect the softy inside, the one we are seeing now😆...so as Jai made a comeback and Bani was all jai accha insan hai tum galat ho on Veer all time, Veer finally started realizing he wants Bani to love him afterall, he doesnt want to forever be the villein like he liked to claim...😆

Exactly!😆 He was like enough of this villain facade, iss chakkar mei, before my gharwaali becomes my baaharwaali completely, I need to fix my taakaa now!😆

Surprisingly, he didn't need to do much mehenat, ghrwaali already had pyaar ke laddoos in her heart ready to break anytime!😉😳 After all, how does it matter if she hated him or not internally, she couldn't resist his overpowering charm externally!

That's the crux of the matter isnt it...Adi naagin CANNOT ignore Cheel prince...Adi naag was her "true love" in satyug right...but apparantly that feeling didnot get carried forward in kalyug🤣since she met Cheel in satyug she has been irritated, hated him, got effected, felt sympathy, felt betrayed, killed him and hated him more and while all this should have been about Hriday her "true love" only, somehow for her the focus in all this has always been the Cheel...so much that the only things she carried forward after 10000 yrs has been for the Cheel...hate revenge anger....where is the Adi naag in all this? only a bit of guilt that makes her feel jai is her responsibility now😆but start se end tak in her mind its cheel cheel cheel cheel🤣and the Cheel knows it very well with or without memories😉...kalyug mein bhi jay was just a friend that gave her a feel good vibe due to satyug connection, no love here...but jabse Veer ko mili hai her focus is Veer....Veer jab aspass hota hai her eyes her always on Veer and jab nehi hota hai her mind is thinking about veer😆...Veer pe gussa for Noor, for beating up jay that first day, for the proofs, for the picha karna...jay k hotel mein job mein bhi her focus is on veer to expose him, Jay se shaadi karne ko decide ki to stop veer from marrying Meera, jay k "death" k baad bhi her mourning period was very tiny, main focus was anger and hatred for veer...she actually married veer to take revenge...Jay vapas ane k baad bhi she never gave her supposed "love" much attention......it was all plans against veer, quarrel with veer, insult veer...veer veer veer...negative emotions hi sahi but they were all for veer, kisi aur k lie kuch to tha hi nehi....Veer ko hate karti hai, wants to kill him but jab naagfani k zaher se mar raha tha free mein she desparately saved him with her zeher...Veer jab jai naag hai jaan k uss cliff pe family k sath jai ko marne ja raha tha, bani stopped them and voha jai k sath jo acchi baatein ki vo bhi she did coz she wanted to show veer how much she hates veer and loves jai....jay k lie madam ki muh se jo phool baraste hai vo veer k samne hi baraste hai to anger veer...jay k sath akele mein she is quite cold...😆everything in her life after meeting veer, be it positive, negative, for veer, against veer, with jai or anyone else it all always boils down to one reason somehow....Veer...🤣and apart from Bani everyone including jai and Veer sees this...😆thats why Veer is so adamant Bani is his and jai is so hyper and insecure about his power-hungry plans all time...😆

well they do say hate and love is two sides of same coin...one cannot exist without the other...that's Adi naagin ki MO...feel instant strong attraction for Cheel, feel guilty about it instantly and start hating him for it and as the feelings secretly grow to love, the open hatred grows too until it all mixes and makes a mess and finally she has no way but to start acknowledging her positive feeling as well🤣

But seriouly veer ne kya sachme gharwali bulana chod dia kya...mujhe bada dukh hoga usne phir kabhi bani ko gharwali na bulaya to...itna sharif hona bhi thik nehi...
