This drama is slow.

Nothing major happened. Asfand took hoorian to doctor. He is trying to treat her.

Hoorian elder sister is worried about her marriage. She is worried that how she face her in laws after hoorain's nikkah.

Asfand's mother character is just amazing. She is really supporting.

Warda and her screaming is unbearable. Cant she ever talk in a normal tone? Her susrali problems are unbearable too.

Namal crying over Asfand was the stupidest thing ever. Even after knowing that he loves Hoorain and her family dynamics with her uncle’s family. She still kept dreaming that she can get married to Asfand.

What did she think? Her parents were not letting Hoorain marry Asfand who loved each other but would marry her to him?

The story is moving really slow, thanks to the unnecessary addition of the side characters stories. At least they should have been interesting.

I've been wanting to watch this drama but cause of time constraints, I left it at 2nd episode. But does this show focus a lot on her illness or is it just a background story? My biggest problem with Ishq Zahe Naseeb is they didn't shed as much light as they should've on his dual personality disorder. It was focused more on love story.
