It was when Riddhima stopped Vansh from leaving after Ishani's wedding and they for the first time shared a bed. Riddhima kept holding Vansh's hand all night long.

I had no idea it had this song. I was watching it on youtube and the music was mute so I asked in forum and someone told me "Mere hath mein" from the movie fanaa was used in that sequence
