Okay, I'm saying the things a little simply. First boil the milk until it becomes a little condensed, then add sugar in moderate amount. After the milk cools down (not cold) add a little amount of Curd, you can use Cup Curd here from stores. Then keep it in a warm place for 10-12 hours. Finally it's done!
If I say full sentence in Bengali, it'll be Ami dhorbo.
