It's a no-brainer. Of course pre-marital sex is not wrong. But we can only say these things on anonymous forums and not in front of our parents or relatives.

Now here's a tough question. You had pre-marital sex, your parents never knew, and they don't need to know everything.

But suppose you're then having an arranged marriage. Can you tell your fiance that you're not a virgin? Men surely can, but what about women? Are you bold enough to tell your sex life to a random guy, who might break the marriage based on your virginity and might even tell this to the whole world to defame you?

And if you don't tell him, aren't you betraying him?

I used to think it was wrong but man, the amount of closeted brown guys and also impotent ones, it should be a criteria to sleep together before getting married.

I think pre-marital sex isn't wrong at all, two adults have all the rights to have sex with consent. I know that it's still forbidden in most of the religions and south asian culture, but I never understand why? If protected sex is performed and two people are happy with it, what's the harm. Isn't it sometimes just a physical need? ITV shows are mindless, where premarital sex is forbidden and the first time the female lead has sex, she is filled with pleasure, how's that possible, the first time isn't a nice experience for any female 🤣

Anyways, my point is yes it cannot be expressed in front of parents, but it's not wrong if someone has been involved in premarital sex. And if in an arrange marriage, the fiancee even questions about the girl's past, then the girl should just run away, a guy who's interested to know more about her past affairs or virginity, he's not worthy enough to be her life partner.

I was not talking about the fiance. Let's say he doesn't ask any such questions, but shouldn't the girl be upfront enough to tell him that herself?

If he gets upset, when he finds it after marriage, won't that be betrayal?

I don't think so either the girl or the boy needs to disclose about their past sexual experience to their fiancee, if they are really sure and convinced that their partner is compatible then why would it even matter that with whom she/he has slept some years or Months ago? It's not an obligation that before getting a girl has to give every detail of her past affairs, then how's this even an alliance if the girl's worth is weighed with the fact that whether she's virgin or not?

Also, it's not necessary because, it's a personal and possibly a time which belongs to two people only, it's a closed door event and should remain behind that only. Neither it's like cheating your current partner nor is it like it will hamper the trust or compatibility.
