I was happy to read an update by you after a long time. After kushi’s last meeting with Arnav she had taken Arnav’s advice seriously and has mentally prepared herself for resigning from the company. But the boss and employee meetings has definitely had an impact on kushi so also on Arnav too. There seems to be a change in their relationship status on both sides both are smitten with each other which has been noticed by Aakash and he’s pulling Arnav’s leg for the same.

For Kushi she has yet to realize that she’s falling for Arnav but Arnav has already acknowledged that kushi has occupied a special place in his heart ,He is changing because of the influence of kushi. He attended an employee’s birthday party for the first time on kushi’s insistence thereby shocking the other employees. On the other hand Kushi brought food for Arnav.

Will wait to see what happens when kushi will visit his house for Anji’s birthday party.

Getting updates on Anniversary Days is always awesome. It's a different matter that we celebrate so many IPK anniversaries 😆.

But Happy Diwali Missed-Kiss Anniversary nonetheless 🥳. A day when Arshi (Sarun) set our screens on fire... a fire that still rages strong despite the years 😃.

Coming to your update, why did you end it there 😒. It was going so good and now I'm worried who it maybe. Is is Shyam and / or someone from his fam? Or her parents are here? I doubt they would make a trip all the way to attend a birthday party unless they were already visiting the city for some other reason.

Or is this going to be slightly anticlimactic and just some old acquaintance? That could still turn out bad if they talked about her marriage or Shyam. While Nani seems like someone who won't have any qualms about her divorce; this is surely not something to be talked about on a first meet that too in a birthday party.

Well, I'll wait for the next chapter to know things. Till then, let me appreciate the rest of the chapter.

I like Khushi and Lavanya's friendship a lot! 😃 Lavanya and Akash are already dating?! 😲 They are quite fast... even if it's "casual" right now 😉. I'm sure they're both going to play a role in getting Arshi together, along with Anjali of course. She wouldn't want to be left out at any cost 😆.

What were Akash and Lavanya talking about? Did he fill her in about the office party happenings? 😉 And is Anjali going to find a cute guy for her in the party? 😆 Waiting to know.

Btw, just thought I should inform you... Appurs / Aparna is back! I'm not sure if you used to read her Vignettes but since you were an active member in those days, you might be interested in knowing that another one of our old writers is back. 😃

I'm thinking we are going to need a list of how many old writers and readers returned since the lockdown. 😆 One of the few good things that happened this year...

Nani has figured out that there is something brewing between Arnav and Khushi. She is very perceptive. If Khushi was to actually run into an old acquaintance, things might get awkward.

It was an awesome update and a quick one too. Finally the auspicious muhurat came for kushi to step into RM the occasion being Anjali’s birthday.

Kushi was very particular of what she wore when she was going for the party. Liked the way Arnav was pulling Anji’s legs about her dressing sense.

Kushi and Nani were an instant hit when they met, kushi came to more about Arnav during her chat with Nani.All was going on fine when Nani broke a bombshell saying that she would like kushi to meet some people from Lucknow which made kushi all the more nervous thinking who those people may be could they be someone related or known to her. Hoping it’s not someone related or known to kushi.

Anxious to know about this Lucknow entry.

Talk about the past coming back to haunt you. Khushi's family had reached out to nani for Arnav. Can't blame nani for rejecting that match. She knew nothing of Khushi and didn't want anything to do with that family. How long before she figures it out?

I LOVE the pace of your story. Every single development feels so natural. The fact that Arnav places her before his selfish need to have her around is so refreshing tbh. I sorta expected him to twist things in his favor and keep her with him but this is so much more than an office love story though I’ve to admit I love the moments they’ve shared there.

Damn! Khushi’s self esteem has really taken a beating and I can’t wait to see how or what/who helps her salve the hurt.

The Raizada sibling, their banter and the dislike for a particular mongoose had me in splits.

Ouch. That fooling around comment didn’t go down well with Akash but I’m so into their story.

Oh My God. My children were meant to happen since forever!! I just hope Devyani hasn’t caused irreparable damage but then the way Akash described Arnav’s feelings and how deep they run (and my own ridiculous bias) makes me confident that he can salvage the situation, right? RIGHT??
