THE DEN

Defeat the enemies strategy!!

“Tum bhool gaye Vikram … MSK ka intezaar sab karte hain …lekin MSK kabhi kisi ka intezaar nahi karta!! ….Time check kar lo tumne jitney saal intezaar kiya hain na …uss se kam ghanton mein maine apni biwi ko dhoondh liya!!”

“Ab tak tum issliye bache hue the kyunkikayaron (coward) ki tarah chup ke vaar karte the… saamne aate toh kab katumhara full and final settlement kar deta!!” Maan announced as he barged in the den.

“Meri Geet kahan hain?” He threatened grabbing Vikram from his neck nearly choking him.

Vikram struggled in Maan’s steel grip … Jay was fast to grab George before he could cause any harm.

From here begins the battle…

As they landed local police team was already waiting for them very tactfully they cordoned off the whole area and carefully marched ahead capturing Vikram’s men that were guarding the area.

With most of Vikram’s men in police custody and Shasha guiding them all along it wasn’t difficult to reach the den.

ACP Brar instructed his core team to disperse around looking out for additional proofs and the goons.

Shasha had already briefed them about the strength of goons around the den … Geet in safety of Vicky and clarity of location made it was very easy for Maan and Jay to enter and over power Vikram.

‘Kahan phas gaya Brij!’ Brij pondered sitting on the bank of river nearby. He had moved away from the den as he needed some space to think about his next plan of action.

Though he had declared to Vikram that he needs to settle scores with Geet which inturn was actually his idea.

He had thought to kidnap Geet and extort money from the Handa’s to avenge his family’s humiliation a way to get back at both Maan and Geet.

But he hadn’t thought to harm Geet … He was in a financial crunch and needed money so this would solve his both financial problems as well as he can take his revenge too!

‘Brij kuch bhi kar ke tujhe yahan se nikalna hain …. Abhi Geet ko bhool ja … ek baar bahar nikal ke Maan kophone kar ke sab bata doonga … itne logon se akele lad na pagalpan hoga … bekar shahid ho jaayega tu … woh Vikram paagal hain aur bahot khatarnaak bhi … toh bhagna hi accha hoga!!’ He decided.

‘Bas inn goondon se kaisebach kar bhaagu … kuch soch.’ He tried to think of some plan.

He got up at once and started walking a goon came near him before he could ask, Brij told him he needed to meet Vikram urgently and walked ahead.

Brij had decided that while heading to the den he will take a chance and escape in the jungle.

A Wise Warrior Avoids The Battle!

Here Vikram was struggling in Maan’s grip while George was also trying to escape. And ACP holding their guard at the door. All their planning had gone waste.

Maan had indeed turned the tables around!!

Vikram thought where the hell were his goons … they were his only hope if they could come here and take control over the situation.

Like reading his mind Maan burst his bubble of hope!!

“If you are hoping that your goons will come and save you then don’t … because all of them are in police custody… including your new found friend Mehra!”

“Kya socha tha tumne ke tum yun chup kar …. mujhpe vaar karoge aur …. mujhe pata nahi chalega?”

“You staged your fake accident and death … teri jhooti maut ki wajah se main nazarandaz (ignore)kar gaya .. warna tu aaj jail mein sadd(rot)raha hota!!”

“Dobara nahin poochunga meri Geet kahan hain?”Maan was getting impatient!

Now reminded of The Maan Singh Khurana’s weakness … HIS GEET … Vikram still had a fair chance to settle his scores. He only hoped the fool inside … his so called Brother doesn’t come out and spoil his last trump card.

“Khurana … biwi chahiye?” He asked steadying his voice.

Maa’s grip loosened alittle to allow him to speak.

“TCH TCH…. Har cheez ki ek keemat hoti hain…. Aur teri biwi … toh …” He tried to continue lustfully but was silenced with hard blow which made him spit blood.

“Meri khamoshi ko meri kamzori samjhne ki galtimat karna …. Chup chap bata …. Warna…” Maan warned Vikram.

“Theek hain ek sauda karte hain…. Tu Kapoor’s ka sab kuch jo tere paas hain mujhe de de aur main tujhe teri biwi de doonga.” Vikram put forward his condition.

Maan smirked at his stupidity.

“Ek purani kahawat hain … suni toh hogi tumne … beggars are not choosers!”

“KHURAAANAAA…” Vikram yelled in humiliation.

“Mat bhool …” Before he could complete Maan interjected.

“Bhool tu raha hain …. MSK ke har khel mein ….Jeet uski hi hoti hain!”

“Tune soch bhi kaise liya ke main … yuhin aa jaunga!… Mere khel samajhna itna aasaan nahi hota.”

“Tujhe lagta hain Geet tere kabze mein hain! …Meri biwi sahi salamat hain …. issiliye tu yahan khada hain …. Warna ab takmain khud bhi nahi jaanta main tere saath kya karta!” He declared.

“Tu kehna kya chahta hain?”Vikram queried in anxiety.

“Tu yeh bhaade ke goonde lekar mujhse ladneaaya tha …. MSK ke paas woh taaqat hain jo mujhe kabhi haar ne nahi degi … mere apno ki taaqat … mere doston ko taaqat … mere pyaar ki taaqat!!

“Yahan aane se pehle hi humne tera poora plan barbaad kar diya tha!... Tu phir se haar gaya Vikram … aur HUM … jeet gaye!!” Maan asserted.

“Khurana teri biwi …” Vikram tried to threaten but

“… Mere paas hain… Maan Sir!” Vicky completed resolutely.

Its Time To Turn The Tables!!

As all of them were connected on the call… Vicky was aware of every movement and when he sensed it was time he emerged out with Geet.

A new zeal of life pumped into Geet as she saw Her Maan Sir here for her!!! …He had nearly choked Vikram in his steel grip!!

Her heart skipped a beat!! … She just wanted to run in the safe haven of his arms … hide from this dangerous world …. And never to move out of her love filled heaven!!

She was about to follow her heart but her mind ruled!! … She stilled on the spot …. As reality came crashing back to her …that he was here out of his duty… she was his liability who could just cause him trouble and pain!!

He hates her … he wanted her out of his life … All his words that he uttered back in his office cabin …echoed in her innocent mind!!

‘Geet … jahan apni jagah na ho waha nahi jaate!’ She reminded herself and chose to stand near Vicky.

Vicky was looked at her thoughtfully as she neared him ..like shielding herself from all these happenings. He was expecting her to just rush to Maan Sir but she didn’t … Why?

Maan’s condition was no different … the moment Vicky came out with his Geet …. A sense of calm settled in his heart!! … She was safe … their baby was safe … though she looked very weak and drained out …like these few hours had snatched away all the glow from her otherwise radiant face … the gleam in her eyes was replaced by fatigue!

His hands tightened the hold on Vikram while his eyes fixed on his Geet like drinking in her appearance…. Her presence…. He noticed her overwhelmed expression on seeing him… his eyes didn’t miss her attempt to run to him …. but she didn’t …. She halted!!

His sharp eyes didn’t miss the quick change in her expressions … love and trust in her eyes for him was gone … now those orbs only mirrored pain and dejection which he had gifted her today!!

Brij was pretending to walk back to the den .. but his sole focus was on finding that one opportunity when he could escape out of here. Like God had finally heard his plea and granted him one. On one of the turnings there were dense bushes he quickly hid there, Vikram’s goons lost him and started looking around.

One of them told all to disperse in the area and look for Brij they followed. Brij stay there for some more time when he felt it was safe he moved out.

He must have walked a little when he heard some noise .. he was about to hide but the scene before him … eased him down. Vikram’s goons were caught by the police. It wasn’t difficult for him decipher that Maan was here with the police force to rescue Geet.

This was his only chance to save himself!!

With a strong resolve he marched ahead.

Some People Don’t Change

They Just Find New Ways To Lie!!

“Vicky …. Tum? …. Dikha di na apni asliyat …sautela aakhir sautela hi hota hain ….Dhoke baaz!!” Vikram snarled.

“Dhoke ki baatein aap ke mooh se acchi nahi lagti Bro… Oops Sorry Vikram!”

“ Sach jaan gaya hoon main! … Kya kiya tha aap logon ne … mere Dad ke saath … meri Mom ke saath … Hamari Family ke saath!!”

“Disgusting!!!... Main paagal aap ko apna Bhai samajhta tha aur aap ne…Chi!”

“Aap ki wajah se maine Maan Sir ko dhoka diya …yeh soch kar ke unnhone hamaare Dad ko … magar sach toh yeh hain ke …. Aaj sirf Khurana family ki wajah se Dad theek hain!”

“Haan Vikram .. mere Dad theek hain … zinda hain! … warna aap ne toh unko ….” Vicky accused him.

You Betrayed Me!!

“Haan … haan maine hi sab kuch kiya hain …Tumhari family ke saath …. Inn Khurana’s ke saath ….. Aur uss Mohinder Handa kesaath!” Vikram confessed.

Vikram narrated to all after staging his fake death in an accident … from past few months he was creating problems for Khurana’s as his so called father … Mr Kapoor had authorized Maan to be the legal guardian of Vicky and will be in total control of Kapoor industries till Vicky is ready to takeover.

He wanted to acquire money .. power and all the Kapoor inheritance!

But Alas!! Maan stood like a mountain … ruining all his plans!!

Everybody was so engrossed in the confrontations that non realized that someone was hiding up in the attic.

Suddenly a gun shot was heard and it was aimed at ACP Brar’s gun as he was in the closer range and his hold on their 2 goons will ease… helping them to take control over the situation. This gunshot clearly would have turned the tables for Maan n Company had Brij’s timely entry n presence of mind helped salvage the situation.

Before the goons could escape from the ACP’s hold Brij caught one of them n threw a stick towards the man up, the man lost his hold on his gun n if fell down. George took this opportunity and pushed Jay n grabbed the gun.

He threatened Maan to leave Vikram or he will shoot them all. Jay who had steadied from the unprepared attack slowly crawled towards George. But before he could catch hold of him Vikram alerted him and he shot the bullet at Geet.

Vicky who was quick enough shielded Geet taking the bullet on him. Geet started panicking as drops of blood from Vicky’s arm splashed on her face. Maan’s attention on Geet gave Vikram a chance to free himself.

But Maan caught him and both men indulged in a scuffle while Vicky stood shielding Geet … Shasha too entered in and tried to calm down Geet but with each passing minute she was losing it.

She tore her dupatta and tied the cloth piece around Vicky’s wound, witnessing Maan fighting with Vikram.. Jay too fighting out George, Brij, ACP n the goons was giving her a feeling of something bad was about to happen.

She could just feel it!!

As We Start Getting Used To The Bad

The Life Gets Worse!!

The man who earlier was up in the attic descended down and seeking perfect opportunity of using the cartons around as his shield slowly crept near Geet and held her captive halting every movement in the hideout.

The cold metal of the pocket gun touched Geet’s temple pearly beads of sweat trickled down as fear gripped her heart the unknown … uncanny feeling increased! Surprisingly s he wasn’t afraid for herself but something unnamed was making her restless … she closed her eyes to calm herself … losing all hopes… awaiting her end!

This was a perfect opportunity for Vikram to take control over the situation and he instantly removed a gun hidden in his socks and held it aiming at Maan.

“Dekha Maan … baazi bhi aur teri Rani bhi … ab phir se mere haath mein aa gayi…. Zara si bhi hoshiayaari ki toh Geet ka bheja uda dunga!” He threatened.

"Vikram teri dushmani mujhse hain ... Geet ko chod de!" Maan urged.

"Arre Rani haath mein aayi hain .. usse kaise chod doon!" He smirked at his luck.

Vikram’s venomous voice and Maan's plea compelled Geet to open her eyes and the very moment she started panicking seeing Maan in danger… Maan could easily sense that if he wasn’t able to handle this situation in time Geet wouldn’t be able to bear this emotional stress.

For the first time in his life he felt defeated and helpless!!

But however ruthless Vikram was he would always make that one wrong move eventually which would enable Maan to make the most of that opportunity and that’s why Maan was always one up!!

Maan was waiting for that fatal error which would turn the tables in his favour and as expected Vikram didn’t disappoint him. Vikram in his overconfidence looked towards Jay n George and threatened him.

“Jay … George ko chod warna ..…”

Overconfidence is the companion of failure!!

That fraction of a second was enough for Maan, Jay and Vicky to implement their plan. All of his goons attention was on Vikram. Maan looked at Vicky signaling him what should be his next step and then he looked towards Jay exchanging a meaningful glance was enough for both the men who knew each other so well like could read ones mind.

Before Vikram could realize what just happened the whole scenario changed.

Jay pretended to ease of his hold on George but in an instant held his hand which had the gun and banged it on George’s head. The blow was enough for George and he collapsed on the floor. Simultaneously Vicky overpowered the other goon relieving Geet from his hold but …

Maan didn’t realize that naïve Geet wasn’t in a state to grasp their signals!

A furious Vikram just fired the bullet at Maan and Geet couldn’t see her Maan Sir in danger. She

pushed him away as the bullet pierced through her!

“MAAN…” She rued painfully before darkness took over!

“GEET ….” Maan screamed in horror.

True Love Is Selfless

It Is Prepared To Sacrifice!!

A painful silence settled around … Shasha, Jay, Vicky,Brij all stood stunned with the unexpected turn in the events!! Non could comprehend what just happened!

Vikram was about to shoot again but ACP Brar shot him and he crumpled on the floor while a shocked Maan held on to Geet’s limp body in his arms.

Vikram couldn’t accept this defeat and he got a grip on his gun and tried to fire at Maan but Vicky noticed it and with the gun that he had grabbed from the goon shot at Vikram’s hand ceasing his attempt to harm Maan and Geet.

Vicky had tried to fulfill his promise!!

Trust Is Earned When Action Meets Words!!

The additional police force arrived and the situation was in control.

Maan tried to call out to Geet but all in vain … it was too late … the whole ordeal had taken a toll on her … and this attack was like a final nail in the coffin!!

His whole world lay lifeless in his arms!!
