That’s Bani for you!! 😆 As authentic as she can be and as irritated as she can make us feel. No ifs, no buts, her dictionary is pretty explicit: “kill Veer by hook or by crook” 🤣 (its only humor)

According to her, she has reincarnated for ensuring a repeat telecast of whatever transpired in Satyug. The Naageshwari in her is very dominant, and falling for an enemy is hurting her ego & pride big time. I think if Veer willingly distances himself from her, it might do wonders. But it won't happen because Aakesh in Veer won't let go of his love. Bani is still deeply immersed in her past, but Veer is firmly rooted in his present. Bani will eventually need to bury her past since it is done & dusted, and shift her focus to the present. Don't know when she would realise that the history & ending of a previous lifetime won't be repeated in a new lifetime.

She took her own life after Hriday's death, Jai still holds a significant place in her heart. This is perhaps the biggest issue I have with the writers with regards to Bani's character. Its as though they she is meant to be stuck in the past ... she is hell bent on repeating history when that isn't necessarily a good thing. I don't know why she needs a rerun of what has happened when she can just let time take its course .. in contrast ... Veer toh dismissed the past in like ... seconds saying "Satyug mein jo bhi hua bhool jao. Ab iss kalyug mein hamare beech jo hai ..." . He too was killed over Hriday-Nageshwari's drama but he's not holding that against anyone ... guy just wants to move on , look ahead and live his best life with Bani by his side. The writers aren't putting enough effort into fleshing out Bani's character .. which is why she is coming across as so inconsistent.
