Micromanaging and managing is not the same. Micromanaging is where you tell them what to do at every step and expect them to do only that. Pretty much people use it only as negative connatation.

( i am not offended by these topics of discussion ya, I am only scared by putting an opposite view, others might be offended. I mean this is just my opinion on micromanagement and others opinion on it- nothing personal I feel).

Anyway for bb house, micromanaging is bad, here everyone has come to shine not be a robot for others.

It works well in sales sector,cos in this field single error can cost huge $$ and trust issues,So we take this method and works well too

For me its challenging,and i have gotten into trouble many times cos they dont do what i say!And its a pain to think for alternate solution if they make a mistake

Was not talking about AI,but of efficiency and how vital they became through generations

Aari strategy was to be the talk of the town and he couldn't do it by being nice guy and so decided to be the opposite ... BB wasted by not including WP task, maybe he could have been in that too with some people...

Here is mine, Aari faked being a nice guy in the beginning now original personality is coming out. If he only bullied Sam and Bala, I would have thought that he is just playing this game to get recognization. but no, he bullied whole house even Aajeedh and Som, soft ppl in the home. He said that he will ask sorry if Kamal says he is wrong. Now he backing from his own words which makes me think that he is big time bully by nature and its not going away soon.

If I am proved wrong, I will be happy for Aari fans. I don't think that he will prove me wrong. Lets see.
