Looks like Aari is micromanaging everything 🤦♀️....only yesterday I thought it was good management skills to delegate the responsibilities....micromanaging is bad in management and you won’t get any good results out of it....Also in management you need to take into account the generation you are dealing with...each generation has their own characterization( what is important and what’s not) and you need to transfer the message according to it in order to have a healthy environment and for the work to be done.
