Undesiring best performer as well as captain. He is not best this week. Also got Balaji help who doesn't respect women, where the ethics go! He got Balaji help as he is so perfect in tasks and wins as top performers. All ethics goes out of the window lol. Bala is bad! Everyone knows this.

Aari is dangerous as he plays a gentleman image and equally bad as Bala.

That was very intelligent move IMO. Aari knew that Bala will throw some allegations so he made him do it and there is no discussion for unfair play. I personally find Aari is improving his strategy. He won't win for sure but he is the only one who is capable to giving competition to Bala .

So true I don't know why she was revolving instead of just rotating.

But She did her best. Considering she has a young baby the fact she came this much shows she is physically strong. She is also cooking most of the time standing in kitchen. She does so much work serving too. It is high time she stops this service and focus on game.

Aari is bringing all silent players to front making Ramesh as captain and calling out Aajeedh as captain was a good call. In worst case if he fails in captain ship he will have some of these people nominated along with him. Looks like he understood the game to some extent.

Aajedh fighting with Aari don't call me chinna payyan but running away shows clearly he is just here for vacation. With Aari being not in nomination will bring lot of people in nomination list . If Som/Suresh goes out then that leaves mostly Anitha and Sanam as target but I hope someone is smart enough to bring Aajedh to nomination.

Just watched the epi....Looks like Aari is out of Teacher mode and turned into a player.....the way he selected captain per team( the under performers) and vice captains is smart... he delegated the responsibilities and in management delegation it’s an important factor.....also asking Bala to help him was a smart move.

Tarzan is just Trump.....last week things are in his favor so no mistake in good performance selection....this week he is not selected so it’s bad....Trump if I win the voting system is reliable but if I lose then democrats cheated.

Suchi is in house. She and Suresh just going to clean bathroom. Isn't that lot of work ?

Sam's drama didn't get enough attention.

Yes she is not lazy and can perform but she is on a comfort zone...no groupism team is all about staying in a comfort zone.

Actually they both have lot of similar personalities mainly blabber mouth ..

If he would have been silent Aari would have never figured out BB . His job would have been easier. But no he has to go and blabber how great he is. Maybe he lacks self confidence so keeps self dabba himself .
