BB mall ! What is it ??

I might hav missed but what is this BB mall for ? I was thinking contestants personal things were kept in the mall and Heena use to give permission to take 7 items a day .. with seniors gone and everyone got their stuff , I thought this mall is not there anyomore..

is it now really like a mall with new stuffs and captain can reward others to get things from ? Please clarify 🤔
