It remind me - very early on in my career, I had recently joined a company (a couple of months) when I was offered a better job at a better company. Since it was my 1st job, I had feelings of loyalty like how can I leave in less than a year.

A friend of mine then told me - “If the tables are reversed, this company will not even bat an eyelid before throwing you out.”

It helped me. Resigned, did notice period and left for better venture.

ofc neither Kwan will support her nor Deepika .. these kinda companies and celebs are nothing but leeches .. they will use people and throw them away ..

There is connection between substance abuse, including alcohol, and depression. But those with mood disorders like depression are also more likely to use alcohol and drugs. Ie, those who use drugs could very well be using BECAUSE of depression.

As a matter of fact, cannabis has been shown in studies to DECREASE depression. Ya know, the same "maal" Deepika was using.
