I think that even though HarThak may cover it up, I think Deshmukhs will get to the bottom of it or make a tamasha out of it.

I feel HarThak will cover it up and send the friend away and though Kalyani will be suspicious, Anu will tell her to let it go and not interfere in Malhar's life. I think it will be maybe AS that overhears the coveration and will ask the friend why she called Malhar Ahir and dig into the matter and use it to humiliate the Ranes at the baby shower.

Yup Kallu looked good in the normal saree.
