It was just that they wanted to evict him so the host asked them whom they feel is going to be eliminated and when they saw that all is according to their plan so they just planned this double eviction and got Nish eliminated by the votes of HMs.

Out of 4 evictions, 3 have been done by seniors & HMs. 😕
