Why all of a sudden this change in Thamboli?

Just one day before she was consoling Rahul and chipoking with him to irritate Jaan, suddenly what happened?

Both Thamboli and Jaan didn’t like Rahul’s comment about Jasmine’s clothes.
Is that all? Or something else happened that either i missed or that they didn’t show in the main episode.

But this Thamboli had been swinging between Jaan and Rahul like a pendulum . One day here, one day there.
