As I'm also a resident of the city as well...I know what did you mean...but sorry may not have clarified...enough... I was talking about encouraging business, providing facilities, infrastructure, commercial rent, not the residential one....as a state NY & NYC, in particular, does a way better job to encourage than many...others...e.g. CT likes to keep it predominantly residential & real estate focus....not sure about the reason...after COVID many people are trending to leave the city...
