Rahul's popularity suddenly rose last week after he questioned nepotism & then was falsely accused by Jasmine for threatening her, so It's very newfound, up until last week, nobody cared about Rahul & he was a non-event.
If Rahul's popularity continues to sustain next week, then he'll be on the list.
Pavitra I think made the list due to her constant fighting on irrelevant muddas of aurat/mard, which many viewers might've liked/agreed with.
