There's lotsa theories floating around - scripted, planned - and joh bhi. I don't buy it - I don't even buy that she would destroy her good name thus for any amount of money, let alone in "friendship" to Eijaz - i.e. usko sympathy dilane.

They had to choose who is essential and who is not between ejaz and kavita and naina chose kavita as non essential because acoording to naina ejaz is pagal and she is mahapagal and she needs ejaz in the show to show him her maha pagalpan.
