This rumor (fact) was born from the rumor (fact) of Abhishek being gay because of showing no romantic interest in any female actress or woman in Bollywood.

Why is there never news of him being in any extra-marital affair in all these years after marriage? Is he such a faithful husband when 99.99% of husbands in Bollywood cheat their wives? It's a known secret in Bollywood that he's gay but Amitabh hid this fact from the world by getting him married to Aishwarya.

Aishwarya knew about Abhishek's homosexuality but still married him to get the Bachchan bahu tag.
