The makers I believe here are trying to show Riddhima’s evolution because now she’s constantly Under this guilt that she’s cheating Vansh .

Yaa there are chances even though she has turned meek in front of Vansh ,she has started giving befitting reply to Chachi ,aaryan and of late Ishani too .The way she handled Badrinath situation was also not something earlier Riddhima would do ,she has also started raising questions to Kabir so yaa hope hai
