My inner nerd and I think whole forum wants to know that.

Ranbir/Ranveer/RKR (they all have their weak and strong points but at the end of the day pretty comparable to each other in terms of their roles and the way they can deliver as per their role)

Ayushmaann(he is a one note actor who is pretty much the same in every character he plays)

Rajkummar Rao is the best actor among them.

This is hard. Whenever I try to compare talented actors I have to take their movies and think could one of the others have done it.

1. RKR (because RK and RS would've butchered BKB and Stree. But if RKR can't pull off RK and RS roles it is only because he doesn't physically look that part which has nothing to do with talent.)

2. Ranbir

3. Ranveer (Ranbir and Ranveer are pretty equal in my book)

4. Ayushmann. (love the man but his talent is nowhere near the other 3)

That’s actually true. All 4 of them are talented in their own right and are capable of delivering the best of the best performances. I personally look forward to their movies more than of any other star of their gen. Regardless of their ranking which is open to individual perception, these are the 4 actors who I guess will take the BW to the next gen.

RKR won't fit into RK/RS type roles AS THEY WERE DONE only because he looks too regular and actually like an adult, not an overgrown teen. But he would've taken the roles and made them diff. Having watched bits of RKR in Omerta, I can easily say he wouldv'e made Khilji super memorable in a horrifying way, not what RS did with it. Dutt wouldn't have been justified in RKR's hands.

Neither RK nor RS could pull off a Badass Babua/Pritam Vidrohi. They would've made a mess of Sthri. Neither can dream of doing a Newton or a Trapped. Omerta would be beyond their imagination.

Ayushman can't do an RKR either, but he did do Andhadhun, and I'm looking forward to more such roles from him.
