I think what he meant by the statement was that wo chauka nhi that he is a cheel too, as in he supposed Veer would be knowing his cheel clan so how come out of the blue a new cheel comes and he has no idea who he is! That's what I perceived.

Waise when Shakura said tu mera iss roop dekh k chauka nahi? I thought Cheel rup ki baat Kar raha hai coj Veer doesn't know that Bani knows about their real identities.. So i guess uska popat karwana chahta tha Bani k samne! Well maybe maine gaur se socha nahi about this scene..

I don't know yaar, shayad mujhko hi ajeeb laga.Aisa laga ki jaise woh Veeranshu ko bol raho ho, tune mujhko pehchana nahi??

Suno behena, Sunday ka episode maine bahut baar dekha hai. Otherwise I don't watch the repeat of Naagin. Only this Sunday, I did.🤣

Okay, so I am the most useless person in the world, so I was rewatching the Sunday night episode again, and this time the focus was on Veeranshu vs Shakura fight. So for starters, we never received an explanation as to why Shakura took Aakesh's face. But I came up with an observation, hope you find it as interesting as I found it when I thought of it while watching.

So, when Veer was fighting Shakura, it gave me the impression of Veeranshu fighting his former self Aakesh. Of course, Veer is Aakesh, but Aakesh if we remember, as much as we admired him for the obsession, he was also dark, because he was literally forcing Naageshwari to be with him. During their first meeting, Aakesh literally tried to drag away Naageshwari and Hriday intervened. And then in the temple too, he was trying to force Naageshwari to come with him, but Naageshwari did not.

During this fight between Veer and Shakura, it was a fight between Veer's former dark side and Veer's present grey side. In Aakesh, the darkness was enhanced, but the feelings for Naageshwari were pure. In Veer, that darkness is softer, and feelings for Bani are enhanced. As always I say Veer is an upgraded Aakesh. But during this fight, Veer was fighting his own dark self in Shakura who wanted to possess Bani, like some object. Shakura too was dragging Bani to marriage, which Aakesh did with Naageshwari, dragging her with him. But Veer has light in him, his light which appeared weak, fought the strength of the dark Shakura, and in the end, light won, Veer won. And hence the Trishul came in handy to kill his darkness, his past, his misdeed. It was symbolic that Veeranshu killed his former dark side, that side to Aakesh that saw Naageshwari as an object, not a person. And now we have only Veeranshu who has light, who only loves Bani, and has no darkness or malintent.

If you see this friction was a deja vu experience for Veeranshu and Bani. It is a reinterpretation of the Hriday, Naageshwari, and Aakesh scene right in the initial episodes. Bani because this is exactly what transpired between Naageshwari, Hriday, and Aakesh. Veeranshu because Bholenath showed him a mirror of his own past deeds to him. What he did as Aakesh to Naageshwari, is what exactly Shakura was doing to Bani. That time Naageshwari was betrothed to Hriday. Here Bani is already married to Veeranshu. What Aakesh did back then was completely wrong, be it stealing Naagmani or forcefully trying to take Naageshwari. Veeranshu came back with memories of his past and this was his test, whether he had learned from his past mistakes. Aur uske saath wahi incident dauhraya jaata hai, uske saamne ussi ka chehra ek naye naam ke saath aata hai, uski biwi ko uske saamne uthake le jaane ki koshish karta hai, and Veeranshu reverses that misdeed by Aakesh. He rectified his error. He has learned and moved on. Veeranshu passed his test. Henceforth, Veeranshu will only win, because he has understood what he needs to do to make things right. This Veeranshu Singhania is definitely different. Veeranshu is now free from his past life karma.

Another thing I noticed is Shakura telling Veer, "Kamaal hai, mujhko dekh kar tu chauka nahi". I mean why will Veer be shocked? He is a cheel himself, so he should not be shocked looking at Shakura. Or Shakura had another meaning to that statement, or I am thinking too much. What do you guys feel?

Aakesh was a dark supernatural creature who behaved like a villain for sure. But I think there is a difference between Aakesh's obsession and Shakura's obsession. Even though Aakesh's actions were entirely wrong his attraction/love had a lot more depth. He never wanted to harm Naageshwari and he himself died gladly because she killed him. On the other hand, Shakura said to Veer, ''Mar jati! (Bani)...'' I don't think Aakesh could think about Naageshwari's death like him.

In my opinion, Shakura's dialogue, ''Kamaal hai...'' means someone came into Bani's life in Veer's absence, so Shakura expected a shocked reaction from Veer. Apart from that, Shakura looked like Aakesh and the sand clock stopped. Therefore, Shakura thought Veeranshu remembered Aakesh's face from his previous life.

Main disagree nahi karti iss baat se, shayad Hriday ka bhi koi story tha, jo abhi pata chalna baaki hai. Woh to Bani hi pata lagayegi. Aur koi nahi lagayega.

Talking about Kalyug, in the initial episodes we saw veer saying to bani "tum mere andhero mein chamkogi or main tumhare ujjale mein" so that's what we're watching that veer is changing from badtameez,besharam guy to a caring,sensible, aurton ki respect karna wala insaan...

To Bani uske andhere main kaise chamkegi, by becoming an insensitive jerk, woh to woh already hai behen. Kam nahi pareshaan karti woh Veeranshu ko.🤣

Shakura said, "Mar jaati, mar jaana chahiye tha, par pata nahi kaise bachi". Itna dekh ke dialogues yaad aa gaye mujhko😆. Since Shakura suspended her Adi Naagin powers, he was actually stunned she survived. But Shakura and Aakesh lagbhag ek jaise the, puri tarah nahi.

Well 'chaunka nahi' was more of like weren't you supposed to recognize your past face. At least I precieved it that way. Because Shakura knows he came with veer's past face. So that might be it.
