Please note that the lady in question is not a ‘relative’ since the man she was married to-Sumit Sabherwal is not MR Bhatt’s nephew as mentioned, nor related to him in any other way. Sumit is a senior production manager/head of production at @VisheshFilms

Eh this is a legit law procedure used by everyone and not just rich people throwing money at lawyers. Defamation suits are always filed with such expensive amounts. And why shouldn't they? Someone on social media say anything without complaining to police and tagging someone as a pimp/into sex trade which is illegal and you expect them to shut up and not file expensive lawsuits for the defamation?
