1. Because I believe it’s murder for the reasons I mentioned in previous post ..I can give 101 reasons for that outcome. One reason I can think about is cover up...to prove it’s suicide ..it could be staff ( suspects for me) paid those bills or made sushanth pay.

2. We don’t know what’s going in family mind as they are suspicious about everyone. That’s the reason why they didn’t file it in Mumbai. I think it took time for them to come up with an action after discussing with their lawyer. Vikas singh is very intelligent and might have his own reasons to start with abetment of suicide first.

Initially I was glad that family is holding all proof with them and tight lipped about it , as all evidence should be submitted in court not to Media . It will make perpetrators prepare against it. But when Cbi is not progressing further they lost trust just like me and gave it in public as we never know how things can turn up.

#1 It wasn't declared a suicide. It was being investigated as a suicide and thats on the family. 300 suicides are committed every day in India. No Police Force has the time or the resources to investigate each death as homicide. Which is why the Indian Penal Code states that all cases of death by hanging be investigated as a suicide unless the family/friends/cohabiters raise suspicion of foul play. The family didn't. The Mumbai police still didn't close the case as suicide but kept looking which says a lot.

#2 Are you suggesting "the crime scene" should be sealed forever? The crime scene is unsealed within 48 hrs in Suicide cases and a week max in murder cases. The Detectives & Forensic department have collected everything they need, nothing new is coming out. The landlord had to clean and repaint it to lease it out again.

#3 Cooper Hospital is the assigned hospital for Bandra. They have no choice but to take the body there.

#4 Pithani has said he deleted those hard disks himself on Sushants behest. They're not missing.

#5 You don't necessarily need the Body to come to a conclusion. These people are the best forensic scientists in the country. I'm sure they have 10s of ways to reach a conclusion.

Mostly everything is based on lies and misinformation. If Sushant was concerned for his life, why didn't Mitu Singh bring that up. Why did the family register Abetment to Suicide? Its CLEARLY just lies spread by Smita Parikh.

What i find bewildering is how people can still peddle these trashy theories after truth has emerged, the family proven a liar & not 1 ounce of solid proof against Rhea. At some point you have to wake up and smell the coffee.

So the lawyer and family filed a FIR as abetment to suicide to trap the perpetrators by focusing on Rhea? Isn’t that absolutely a far fetched claim to not file for murder when the evidences scream otherwise and believed by the family. By doing all this, we’re they blaming Rhea and putting her in jail not considering for a second that it was the wrong thing to do in their mission to find the perpetrators?

It’s natural to expect a person like Sushant who cares deeply for the people around him to take care of them if he was heading that path. We all would benefit from knowing the last few days of his life from his sisters statements

According forensic files ..most of the time the person closest like partner/ husband,wife/ gf,bf are the culprits. And the detectives and police interrogate them first. Even if it’s suicide they take clothes and shoes wore by inmates of the house for their analysis. So my initial suspect is Rhea naturally but there is no investigation done by police. And Govt supporting it. Rhea and staff are all initial suspects. What is everyone role from Rhea to staff to Mumbai police to state Govt can be only know when investigation is done.

Let me just say for the people whining about a media trial. In a high profile case there will always be by precedent a certain about of media coverage. And a primary accused will be treated like a primary accused. No they won't treat her like she has been exonerated just because she has enough people backing her to cry about a media trial. Where were these same Bollywood people for Shweta Basu Prasad when she got accused of prostitution. All of these allegation later proved to be false but no one stood up for the media trial. Same goes for Shiney Ahuja. He was convicted but no one from Bollywood said he was being witch hunted. The people selectively speaking in Bollywood for Rhea are doing it for selfish purposes that part is obvious. Regardless of whether she is guilty or not.

I def don't believe she could not have known. The whats app message between her Mahesh Bhatt that leaked saying you did a good job by leaving. Now we can carry out what we need to do is very telling. There were also whats app message about her talking about needing to give Sushant some things before his sister come to see him.

Now his life has been openly exposed, most people cannot accept the fact he was suffering from depression. He could not get help this the reason he was doing drugs. His death opened up the entire drug syndicate in this country.

These people should be made to help their families to manage home. If they understood real responsibilities in life, they would not have time to waste behind such pursuits.

As someone who has been following the case update to update. No agency has declared him an addict. It being discussed on this forum is not a source. Give me an adequate article. Or just say you can't prove what you would like to be true instead of putting the blame on other people for not being able to accept harsh realities.
